- JenniferRead of these and decided to call the number back left in the voicemail. Pressed option 3 and was forwarded to a lady (who provided her name abs “agent number”) asking for the reference number that was in the voicemail (022661). I saw that everyone here was given the same reference number so I said I didn’t have one. She asked who had called me (Sarah) I said I didn’t know. She said, “okayyyy.... let me look up the number you were called on and see who called you. Give me a minute.” 15 seconds went by “Oh it looks like Sarah called you. She’s on the phone right now but I would be happy to assist you. How much student debt do you have?” I said, “Umm none. I paid it off years ago” (which is factual and it wasn’t even a federal loan it was a private loan) She said, “oh. Why are you even calling back then?” I said, “why are you even calling me to begin with?” She was silent and then I heard *click*
