No idea who this company is. I've received several voicemails from them claiming a company called 'Wellington' but I can find no company by that name other than an insurance company in Texas, which this is not.
The voicemail says I have a 'claim' number and I have no idea what it's for.

Received a phone call from Kelly from Wellington Partners And Locators  when I called the person Answered Wellington Capital  said they sent me mail  never received  have a claim number

I received a call from them and spoke to some lady; she had my old address and an old debt she was claiming to collect. Then she left a voicemail stating the name Kelsy from "Wellington Partners" and she needed to confirm my address to send me something. I think they are scammers trying to collect as much personal info from people to do only God knows what with.

I have received several voice mails from a Kelsey stating she's from Wellington Partners. She states she needs to verify my information and I need to call back and she states a supposed case number. I have no idea what this is for and not calling them.back. seems like scammers to me

Called my number for my brother-in-law and provided a case number.  I smell a scam!!

I got a call on my cell, my husband got a call on his cell, they called my place of business saying that there is a claim # with my name on it and I need to call them back to settle it. I did my own investigation and found nothing on this said company of Wellington Partners.

This number called my cell phone two days in a row.  "Mark Stern" with "Wellington Partners" was trying to reach my SISTER!!  What the heck?  She "needs to touch base on case 41058" by end of day as the claim again her is going forward.  I forwarded message to my sister and she has ZERO CLUE.  SCAM!!  SCAM!!

Debt collection extortion scam.

Got a call from Wellingron Partners about some bill. They actually called my brother who I have not talked to for over 6 years. Said they were filing a claim about a bill. I explained I was not working and had no income. He ashed who was paying my Bill's and rent. He called me a loser and hung up.

Completely wrong response.  Now they think they can threaten you and that you will pay them regardless.  You should instead have told them to start following the law and mail out your dunning letter that they now must do.  You should follow up by sending them a debt validation (dispute) letter making them prove not only that you owe the debt but that they have the legal right to collect it.  You should have told them that what they said to you was illegal and that regardless you will never pay a bully.

I just had a call from a Matthew Banks from Wellington Partners I didn't answer it. He left me a voicemail saying there is a claim against me said the claim # so fast I couldn't understand it. I called them back he said he needed to verify my information which of course I didn't give. He said there was a case against me that is in litigation had old addresses for me. Which again I didn't confirm my current address. He said that there is an account with his office he could offer me 50% less than what is worth if not it will continue in litigation. I did let him know that I wouldn't be doing any business with him since I am working with someone else to settle my debt. He tried to get loud and tell me that I have until 3pm to settle this account. Which I could care less what he said that I had to call him back with the information for who I am working with. I hung up I got an additional 2 calls since then from 2 other people.

I'm confused. Please help.  I got a letter from these people like 2 months ago and I remember getting the loan they are calling about and the loan is on my credit report.  My wife was supposed to be paying it and she stopped without telling me last year. The guy I talked to said once paid they will have it updated on my credit. Should I pay these people??

You received a letter?  What is the actual company name and address?  What did the letter contain?  Why did you not ask for debt validation when you received that letter?  You should never, ever pay a debt collector until they have proven both that you owe the debt and that they have the legal right to collect it.  If this is your wife's debt then you may not be legally obligated to pay anything.

Have gotten calls two days in a row- calling my cell but asking for a person who I do not know- the person that they are looking for has some kind of case number and a limited amount of time to call back before something is processed- I thought about calling them and telling them they have the wrong number, but read 1-800-notes- and figured out it’s a scam of some sort. I’ll just keep deleting the voicemails!

Call from 1-855-705-4411 ext.205 caller Rich Snyder DBA Wellington Partners concering "civil" matter with ref# for my daughter. Called me??

Who are these people? Never even heard of Wellington Partners until yesterday when they called my cellphone and husbands cellphone? Supposedly owe money?! Any debt collection is mailed to your mail box....SCAM!!!!

Got a call from them stating they had mailed me something and that they needed to speak to with me before filing. Never heard of them!

Received several calls from 855-587-8515 Rich Snyder ext 205 with Wellington Partners - have no idea who this is and my research does not come up with anything connected to this #.  They do not state who the client is and hey must have bought an old debt and searched phone records, because they even called my MNL whom I do not use as a reference on anything.

He states" this message is solely intended for _________My name is Rich Synder I'm calling with the claims department here for the office of Wellington Partners, calling in today in reference to your claim # 12345.  Now unfortunately ________ you have yet to respond to any of the previously mailed letters that were sent out to the home mailing address and several phone messages that have also gone unresponded to.  Due to your lack of response on that information, the client has now required your matter to be finalized as of 3 pm done for to-day Wednesday Feb. 19 so we can move forward to initiate this claim done against you.  This will be your final opportunity for either yourself or your legal representative to contact my office to speak on your behalf.  I can be reached directly her at 855-587-8515 my ext here is 205.  When calling refer to the claim # 12345.  Thank You
