Keep on calling on behalf of Bank of America for proxy voting.  Ask them not to call again. Looks like some type of scam but. What type ?

I get a call 2-3 times a day maybe more.  Never answer and they leave no msg. I here it's a BOA scam re shareholders.  If anyone talks to you don't use the word"yes". You may be agreeing to something.

caller id= toll free call . Call on a saturday afternoon 1:17 p.m regarding Bank of America meeting. The lady said she is calling from Washington saying that she send you the proxy of Bank of America. I told her people will vote when the proxy comes. She does not need to call days and night trying to get a hold of you. It looks like a SCAM! trying to steal  or confirm if the phone number she is calling does really belongs to you.  She wanted to know when was the best time to reach you . I refused to give her  and not giving out any info about me or confirm anything.   These people calling almost everyday, friday afternoon, evening , saturday afternoon.  Very annoying.
