They called me and left no messages.  I called back and it recording asked for a 9 digit # or my phone # and zip code.  I put it in and you have the option of hearing your current balance, hearing your last 3 payments and something else.  I listened to both and both had zero balances.  I chose to speak to a representative and was put on hold forEVER and ultimately hung up.  Probably is some illegal telemarketing scam.

Its a company that takes care of transactions taken out monthly. Mine was for WOW work out world but i assume this company is used bymultiple other companies

I can confirm what others have written. ABC Financial is the billing agent for my gym and they were calling to let me know that my credit card is due to expire next month.

They also handle "Sundays Tanning" .. I was notified by them when they couldn't process a payment.

this company is not a scam.  i started receiving calls about 2 weeks ago.  i am newly married, therefore when i changed my name at the bank, i got a new debit card with new numbers.  the tanning salon i attend had my old info, and when my card expired last month, they needed the new info.  it cannot hurt to at least call the number back to find what it is they are calling about.  i know they often mention the word "gym", but it's obviously an annoying recording to get your attention.  it can't hurt to call, that way you know and can avoid any potential late payments!

Got a call from 1-866-420-0769 stating it was Eric Riley from ABC financial regarding my gym membership status. I don't have a gym membership. I've gotten this same call 2 days in a row. Directed me to call the same number within 48hrs or visit the following website abcfinancial.com

these [***] d-bags wanted to charge me a $20 "convenience fee" because I didnt call them to give them my new card number after having my old one replaced.

I "politely" kicked and screamed and they did not charge me, but nonetheless they think they are a bank or something when all they really are is just a payment processor processing payments on your gym's behalf.

So long story short, don't let them get you for that extra $20.

Well, read all your posts about this phone number after I had this number show up on my cell caller ID.  I tried to answer, and got dead air & disconnected after 2 secconds (per my call timer).  I have a gym membership & a tanning membership, but my card used for these automatic payments is nowhere near expiring.  I looked at the website link several of you provided after the call...not sure what to make of this call since neither my gym nor tanning place uses a billing service...and I put my # on the National "Do Not Call" list a couple yrs ago.  (And it can't be trying to reach someone else with this cell # as it has been mine for several yrs now!)  Hopefully just a mis-dial on their part...those darn automated dialer machines!  lol
(And BTW...yellowpages.com & anywho.com were unable to find any info on this # on reverse lookup--and the link to Intellius would only provide that it was a land line without paying their fees to find out more...and I don't care enough about it to do that!)

I keep getting unwanted phone calls from ABC company representing Gold Gym.  I tell them the person they want does not live here.  The person joined Gold Gym paid over $200 and and took $39 out of her checking account when she went to Gold Gym only once.  They still keep calling me.  The person they want is gravely disabled and can't make calls or deal with anything yet they say they will keep racking up her account until they hear from her.  It is impossible to hear from her.  

They said that they will keep calling me until this person calls them.  Make them stop.

I have no such membership and all this is BOGUS!!!!!!

It is a legit company that handles gym and other memberships.  They called because my autobill credit card had changed.  They do rip you on a service fee to fix the account but they waived half of it when I complained.

its not a scam. its a billing company for Work Out World. They will try to BS you into a 19.50 "service fee" because your card ran out and they tried ot suck money out of your account and it wouldnt go through. So they call you and remind you to update your billing info then try to get an extra fee. EXPLODE right out of the gate saying you wont pay it and they back right off. "We will give it to you free as a one time courtesy"...basically they have no right to bill you as said above they arent a bank. Threaten to cancel your membership with the gym and they get all nicey nice.

I don't understand why they keep calling me.  They call at least once a day, always while I'm unable to answer the phone.  I don't belong to a gym or anything else.  Eventually our paths will cross and I will ask that they stop calling.  I hope they are respectful and stop.  Until then I will have to keep erasing the voice-mail messages which are pretty annoying.

It is legitimate. It was for my gym membership. I just called my gym directly and they took care of it.

Your caller was A B C Financial Services. They collect for a list of gyms, spas, and tanning salons as long as your arm.  Perhaps you belong or once belonged to one of them. They are not past re-billing you long after you quit or or your membership expires. We know from experience!  DO NOT TRUST THEM with your credit info!

ABC Financial is connected to and calls for Blast Fitness.to collect deliquent membership fees... I have never belonged to a gym and the calls should not be going to my number... I called ABC to show them and notify them of their error, however thasy say they would fix the problem, and nevr do. I have called tehm six time. I have gone to the FCC web site and filled out a complaint form 1088G, but you know how the government is about timley responses.

I currentley am in contact with Blast Fitness Corporate Offices 877-886-0381, their finance dept 877-886-0371 #0 and their customer care department 877-886-0381 #07. I have yet to discuss the issue with them, but the customer care did call and leave a message.

Since ABC Financial has proven itself to be unable to resolve the issue, BLAST is paying them, Im following their money. If I do not get satisfaction from them in a timley manner, I will possibley turn a robocaller on to these numbers with the same Eric Reiley message and drive them nuts. Its up to them were this goes next.
