- AshlynIt's ridiculous. They have been calling me for a month. I don't have an ultimate fitness membership! I'm 11 years old. It is so often and bugs me to death. I want to change my number, but that's a big deal to make of it. Don't ever answer them. They will give up eventually. When you answer the phone, the can find out where your phone is and track you. The best thing to day is never answer.

- jessikaClearly a scam considering a. Ive never heard of abc gym????
- jessikaSo i dont have that gym..why the eff are they calling me
- gym memberI just got a call from this number. I didn't answer and they left a message saying it was ABC Financial and that I needed to update my card information. I've belonged to this gym for over 4 years and never had a call from them. The debit card they have on file doesn't expire for ever a year. Needless to say, I will NOT be contacted them. I will go directly through my gym.

- HarrassedABC Financial regarding Anytime Fitness account. I have disputed this in writing at least a month ago - and made it clear that we are no longer members and do not wish to be. We each had a membership for a specified period of time, one of which was paid in full in advance by credit card. After the expiration period f those memberships they continued to extract money directly from our bank account until we stopped payment on anything coming from them. Since then I have been getting regular calls from this number. We also have a neighbor who had the same trouble terminating a relationship with Anytime Fitness/ABC Financial.

- richIdiots tried to call me to tell me my card was expired; I payed my car with it that day. And then they wanted to charge me a $20 fee. I told my gym that this was unprofessional and to basically screw off. Damn scam artists!

- Tired Old Man replies to big lI just got a call from 1-866-420-0769 on June 3, 2013.
First of all it was a brand new cell phone the called me at that only 3 relatives have been given the phone number.
Secondarily I am in my mid-70's so I am not or never have been a member of a gym.
Finally since I am retired and elderly, I do not even have any credit cards.
That tells me it is NOT a gym or credit card company ...
so it has to be a SCAM CALLER! - Tired old manJust got a call from 1-866-420-0769 on June 3, 2013.

The number called back later and left a message stating I need to go to myICLUB.com.

- Peacock feather replies to nomorespamcallsThey do not need to have any more information than what is given in the paperwork. Unless there is need to inform about the expiration date on the credit card, there is no need to call any gym members. It is really annoying.
- TomI've been getting these robocalls left on my answering machine daily from this Eric Riley of ABC Financial. He never mentions any names as to whom the call is for. I've filed a complaint with the FCC as I have never had a membership with Anytime Fitness or any other gym; and no one else in my household has either. I'm getting tired of these scam calls and having to try and block them when it doesn't work; even the do not call registry works.

- Anonym replies to dave| 1 replyThanks for Borghi's cell #. I will be calling him directly to discuss the months of payments he and his company have been taking from my checking account in the form of membership dues. Funny thing is, I'm not nor have I ever been a member of Blast fitness. Lawsuit coming his way.
- Animal Calls replies to MononicaThis message is to all viewers---they are a scam---complain to federal and state do not call list!!!
- Animal Callers replies to AnonymThis outfit sends me letters telling me to pay a $60 health club membership fee for a club I have not paid for in SEVEN YEARS. They recently tried to use an old credit card of mine that EXPIRED in 2009! In the letter, they refer to it as "an attempt to collect a debt", and I have 30 days to dispute it, and refers to a "judgment, 'which doesn't exist! I haven't even gone to this club in seven years! This ABC Company is a subterfuge to scare people into paying them money for bogus claims! Do not pay them anything unless you really owe it, and want to continue any membership u really have [I wouldn't deal with any co. that uses this ABC Co. just as a matter of principal anyway--find another that bills u directly! I've complained about their frequent calls to FCC and my State do-not-call lists, since I have told them not to call me anymore!
- TamThis is an actual Gym/Fitness Club payment company. If you're receiving these calls and you dont have a membership obviously someone has written your number down as their contact, or perhaps you have inherited their old number. Either way it's not a scam just talk to them and explain your situation. They were very good with me and I AM a client with overdue payments.

- Kat replies to DaneThis a indeed a legit call, I too needed to update my cc exp date for my gym membership. This is a financial company who handles payments for different business--accounts payable etc.
- Just MeIt is ABC Financial. They are the billing company for lots of different businesses. The just called to let my know that the card they have on file for my automatic payment plan will be expiring soon and I need to call or log in to my account to update the card information. Totally legit call. Even if you aren't a member of a gym, this company could still be calling about a legit account, as they handle more than just gym memberships.

- AnimalCalls replies to AnonymThis is reply to Dave, Pd-off, and anyone else getting calls from this "Co", I have complained not only to both FCC and Texas Do Not Call Lists, but also to the Texas Attorney General's Office, as this ABC is misusing the terms DEBT, and JUDGEMENT, and ORIGINAL CREDITOR, as if we have purchased something, and therefore have to pay for it. Expired gym fees, even if they ever existed in the past, are not creditor debts, based on any "judgments"! They just try to browbeat uninformed people into paying something they do not owe.
