unsure but sounded like "this caller hangup", or "just call and hangup" caught by voicemail then dead line but continues to rec.

Didn't recognize the phone number 866-432-1695 so I didn't answer. Wonder how they got my cell number????!!!!! Don't like it!!!!!

Another apparent robo-caller, when will the "No-Call" list actually be enforced?

Just called back the number and says they are Jefferson Capital Systems LLC and is a debt collector.

Called three times in quick succession on my cell and left no message. I don't give my cell number out to anyone that's not family so I assumed it was a robocall.

whoever this is, they have called me about 10 times in three days and I am seriously annoyed. I have reported them. I dont have any debt and they should not be calling me-at all!

Did not answer.  They left no message.  Looks like that was a good move on my part.  I don’t share my cell phone number.

This # called my cell 4 times in 2 days- there was never a msg left. By the 4th call I was fed up and decided to call back. It starts as an automated msg basically stating that it was a debit collector (Jefferson Capital). I was then prompted by this msg to enter my account # or if I didn’t know know the account # I could enter my social security #. Are u flippin’ kidding me?! Don’t even bother w/ this #. Add it to your blocked list on your phone. Big time scam. #identitytheft

Are they calling your cell? There should be an option to block a #. If you have an iPhone just press the info button on your missed call and scroll to the bottom- you’ll see it there. I just blocked them myself

I called them back too after getting 4 calls in a single day. I also got the option to simply enter either my account number of my social security number: I don't freaking think so! When a real person finally came on the line, they had quite a thick Indian accent. PS--I don't have a single debt to my name so there's no reason why a collection agency should be harassing me like this.
