why did u pay it what can the do to u ???

They called my job and left a message "Litigation Dept. 1-866-441-6224 The case number and said that they issued a summons. They have been told by several people at my job to stop calling there. About to go crazy. But we bought a new car 2 years ago, so guess it's not killed my credit yet.

Left a message on my machine,, guess what I have live voice feednow,,,lmao
Sherrif's department my ass.
I called the Sherrif's dept. They said there were no issues under mine or my familys names...
If you have a call tracer, use it.. it will most likely come up non listed, or if you do get it,they will just use another number that is on open airwaves.. most of time you can't track them,,
But [***] that,, Don't worry, the bill collectors are using a defense method, and it seems its not illegal,,,lol Next time they call I am going to curse them out,,lmao

I got a call from 1-866-441-6224, they asked me if I was gonna be home tomorrow between 9-5, said they were from the sherrifs office, told me to refer to case #31675. Told me I owed $2,077.80.

this number was left to me... i never called it... then i was served some paperwork at my work... the same number is on the papers??? what do i do please someone help me...

ok please help,i recieved a call a month ago from these guys about me being sued. i read up on this site and found they were a scam and just ignored it. As im leaving to lunch from work a gentlemen shows up and serves me papers come to find out it was the same a**holes.i dont know what to do now cause i thought it was a scam,someone please help me on the steps i should take to solve this issue! please email me with any help,thx

BECAUSE I LISTED TO ALL YOUR BAD ADVISE ABOUT ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY MY PAY CHECKS ARE NOW BEING GARNISHED 25% AND IM PAY TRIPLE ON SOMETHING I COULD HAVE SETTLED OUT OF COURT FOR A FRACTION OF THE COST. THANKS TO ALL YOU JOKERS WHO SAID THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

how can u say all u deadbeats who don't pay bills u must be one to if u got sued u idiot they are a bunch of clowns who think they can bully u at asset management but they have been turned in a few  times to federal trade commission and attorney general office

Caller says legal department when you answer the phone and say they have a formal complaint against you. They also state they have you set for service for a subpoena. They are attempting to impersonate police/sheriff departments. I have advised them if they do not stop calling they will reported to the local agencies

got a call from my mother informing me that the sheriff dept had contacted her to try to serve papers for court, left a phone number and a "court case."  My mom called worried to inform me and I had to call number.  It was Asset Mgmt that I was being sued for a credit card debt from  Feb 2000.  Lady that answered could not give me any info and she transferred me to Peter Lang, very rude and got irate when I told him he was a bill collector and I knew I had legal rights from this old supposed debt.  He finally hung up on me but threated to sue me and put a lien on home, car, and/or garnish wages.

I recieved a phone call from this company too. telling me that I owed over 3000 plus attorney fees. I am supposed to pay them by today or get served. where you ever served??

got a threatening call regarding getting served and wages being garnished from this number. I did send them some money but no more. I did fall for this.

I recently had this number and Michael Jones call my place of work.  He used my maiden name, even though i have been married for 2 years, and has told my co-workers that he needs to get in contact with me to "serve me papers".  I ignored this at first since my husband informed me only the Sheriff's dept can serve you and they do not warn you.  But today the man Michael Jones called back to my work, spoke to a co-worker, and asked to speak to my supervisor. I decided to look up the information and the number and found all of these comments luckily so i know it is a fraud.  I have past debts but all are being dealt with.  This is so strange... i am glad i did not give them my information!
