Similar call...I followed through with it. It is a time share situation. You listen to their pitch, and you get to spin a wheel for a prize.

Got a call actually from 714-850-1095 but was told to call 1-866-448-3427 ext. 25.  Told me that I won 100,000 and both husband and wife had to come to spin the wheel.  Won't be going and wasting my time.  They said that they are Pacific Monarch.

Went to a sales pitch, resisted their efforts to sign me up. Spun the wheel and walked away with roudtrip airfare for 2 and a 2 night stay in vegas, and a 2 night stay in Lake Tahoe. Worth 2 hours of my time for the free trip. It' s similar to a Time Share Pitch. They aren't really pushy either, actually really nice.

I had filled out an entry form to win a car at an outlet mall and that's how they got me to call them back- making me think I had won the drawing. (The number I was to call was 866-448-3427). The woman I was supposed to talk to(Deborah) was away from her desk, so I didn't get to find out details, but now she won't stop calling me. Luckily, I Googled the number and found this website. These posts have convinced me of what I was suspecting, that this is a ploy to sell me something or cheat me out of my hard-earned money. I'm a little embarrased that I almost believed I had won something.

Not sure if this is worth my time. I actually signed my 18 month daughter up at the local mall. They said that it was ok that she won but they don't allow non-potty trained kids to be present when you pick up your prize. He later divulged that picking up the prize would take 60-90 minutes. Thats a dead give-away that they are going to make me listen to some shpeal. He wasn't pushy or anything and it did sound like a jam-packed call center. Come to think of it, I don't think I'll go.

I wish I hadn't filled out the entry for the drawing for an Acura back in November, because now this Deborah lady is calling. She left a message and I knew it was bull because she didn't come out and say I won anything.  She wants me to call her back at 1-800-448-3427 ext 48.  What a scam, they probably don't even give any car away.  Good thing I have call waiting, I can just ignore and delete her messages.  This Deborah must be so miserable, have a crappy job calling people like this.  Why don't we all call her at her ext. and leave her harassing messages?

didn't make a fool out of me
I recieved a phone message the other day from the number listed above.  His name was Travant x51 and proceeded to tell me that I won the drawing from the HGTV website that I had entered in about 1 month ago.  Don't recall entering in any give away.  Yes, I had also won a car and cash but I did not get my hopes up after I had listened to the message because I had a feeling that this was a scam, and it was. I called the number a couple days later wrote down the name of the company hung up with out speaking to Travant and googled Pacific Monarch Notificaton Center and it brought me to this web site.  Glad I was not made a fool out of!

Got a call from a lady stating that I had won the car that I had entered the raffle for at the Topanga Canyon Mall. She kept repeating the phrase "I guarantee you, that you will win either the car or a $100,000 dollar prize, I promise you" over and over and over. Almost like she was reading it off of a paper. Then she proceeds to tell me that in order to claim my prize I have to come to a location and pick a lottery ticket. By picking a ticket I could win a 4 day 3 night trip to 1 of 2 places, one of them being Hawaii I think. Anyway, after again saying the whole "I promise you, promise you" yada yada crap she asked if I could make it on Wednesday 07/02/08. I said sure. Now, I was super excited because I actually did enter the raffle for the car in the mall. It was a pimp car and I was just shocked that she said I had won it seeing as how I've never won anything before. So I confirmed with her the day and time to be there and then she said I needed to bring 2 forms of identification. I said I would bring my Drivers License and my SS Card. She quickly informed me that I instead of my SS Card I needed to bring with a Check, or a Credit Card. Immediately my B.S. radar went off. I asked why but she wouldn't elaborate further on that. So I was now kind of worried it was a scam. I couldn't understand, if I had really won the car, why would I need to bring my Credit Card? What, do I need to pay for the gift wrapping around the vehicle? So after she confirmed again that I would show up, she threw out the "promise" thing again and said congrats and goodbye. 2 seconds off of the phone I typed in this phone number in Google and got this website. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THIS!! If I didn't find this website I probably would have gone. I don't understand how it is legal for them to actually say that I had won the car when in reality I didn't. Shouldn't that be against the law? For Christ's Sake, I almost had a heart attack when she said I did. The more I think about this, the more pissed off I get. So yesterday, the 1st, a guy called to confirm me showing up and when I said I wasn't going to come I told him I didn't need to purchase any timeshares. He quickly said that I just had to come and listen for 60 to 90 minutes but I just said no and hung up. I really think someone should do something about this. And I don't think it is fair that I entered a raffle for a car and I get this crap instead. I wish someone would sue the hell out of them. Thank's again for this website and the forewarning that everyone has said.

    -Adam
