Just received a call from this number, a pre-recorded message that I've gotten a few times before. Messages says "This message is intended solely for Donald Spiker, if you are not Donald Spiker please hang up and disregard this message." It then provides a claim and advises to call: 866-487-8320. I  not know anyone by this name and have blocked previous numbers they call from. And blocked this one, today.

Called asking for my son by name. Said they were investigating a claim and gave a likely bogus claim number on the recorded message and a number to call with claim number. It's all a scam and no such claim exists.

I just received a call from them not even 10 minutes ago. They said I had a loan from 2012 using address and other information from 2014. How do I contact FTC to make it stop? I was harassed for months last year with the same scam until I had to change me number

Called and left a voicemail stating important matter regarding case# 345678 lmao! I monitor my credit weekly I don't owe any debts. Called number back and NO answer...not even a recording! This is a scam!!!!

Called them back. Finally got a guy who threatened me...I told him my husband is a lawyer please file against me today I expect to see something from you this week. He hurried up and hung up. NOT legitimate. Please don't pay these people anything!

These are those stupid people that use to call from the 844 are codes.  I never answer the phone and I still won't so call all you want :)

I get a missed call and voicemail everyday from this number asking for a person named James. I have called several times saying I am not him and to not call but obviously it hasn't work

It's a scam call. Called me many times. I ignored and blocked that number.

Recv'd call this morning from 866-4458-4744 left msg. and gave a claim #.  Did a little research and saw it was scam. Before I could call my family to warn them these idiots had called one of my sisters and my mother from this # about a loan they were wanting payment on at Arvest Bank.  Have never  been to Arvest Bank and I owed a large sum of $$ and if paid today would take 200 off...but if not would allow to pay in three installments. My sister Josh ext. 346.  Called the AG of my state and informed me to file complaint and put fraud alert on credit report. In the process of doing so and will also file a police report.  I and my sister have received additional calls...they hung up as soon as we told them "We know you are a scam and have been reported."

Same, they also tried similar last year. They call my family at their work with numbers that I have never given out to anyone, which is concerning. Report your complaints to https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/Information .

Had a missed call yesterday and i looked up the number and found these comments. Called me again right now and a recording asked for a cecilia drummer. The phone they called me on was my work cell phone which belongs to my boss. Completely fake call!!!!

Voicemail left was for another female "Cynthia Lee"I called back and the guy knew my full name and said he was processing a claim. I asked how he knew my name - no answer, I asked what the claim was for - told it was confidential. He asked if I knew the person he was looking for - I said no and asked again how he had my name. I told him there was a fraud going on and I was reporting this number to the FBI. He said he had to end the call and left.

I believe the company is a scam. They've called me several times, leaving me on hold, I decided to wait and see who these people were. The woman on the phone attempted to ask me personal questions but failed to verify whom she was only stating that she was calling from CMA Mediation company and that she was hired by some company to contact me. I suspected foul play, she got angry when I questioned her. I ended by hanging up and doing a reverse search on the telephone number the came back as scam. There are many complaints on this number.

I have had multiple calls from this group saying I owe money on a payday loan from five years ago. Total scam! I have never had a payday loan, ever!

My husband had this same call!! They called earlier and he was at work then called back so i of course had him call them and they said said they were 2 hours earlier than me they had my phone number when i didnt know him in 2010. he was with a psycho so thought it may be she did it without his knowledge but he didnt bank at columbus bank i've never even heard of columbus bank. so glad i learned to research before doing anything else

Got  2 calls a day for the past 7 days. the first call went to voice mail ask for some one by other first name and my last name. said they had a claim and to call back at 866-487-8320...  I did not call them back.. Checked them out on my Investigation Data Base.   Looks like they are a rip off group. Don GIVE THE ANY information.. I Blocked them but they are getting to my voice mail. I AM MAKING Copies of voice mail, date and tome and sending it to 12 TV News service in my state and filing a report with the Police.  The state of Florida will not do anything about the people in the state who are doing these kinds of rip offs....... The is not the first!!!!!

Same thing happened to me.  Pay day loan from 2012.  Never have taken out a payday loan in my life.  Filed police report.  And reported to FTC.
