Same deal.. Received VM from Chris Kuba.  Called back the number 866-450-3335 ext. 5702.  Chris wasn't in, but Jason Lee was.  He asked me my name.
I told him 3 people live here and they didn't leave a name and I wanted to know who won.  He would not tell me... He said I needed to tell him my name.  I refused and told him he needed to tell me. He said hold on, and I could him him talking "smack" about the call and that I wouldn't give him my name. I'd say this is a scam. I hung up.  No call back from him of course.

I got the voice mail from Kuba for the same call and asked me to return the call to 866-450-3335 ext. 5702 today. The caller id shows that 404-460-5488. I am in California and of course I wouldn't return his call after reading this web page.

Got a call from Chris Kuba at 11:03 PM, yes, PM, from an autodialer; said I won an SUV thru a drawing which I did not enter (never do).  My # is on the Do Not Call registry; the guy does not know AM from PM; reported to FCC very simple, took 5 minutes over the internet.  This is all about timeshares and a 100% ripoff---if you do fall for it that will be very sad.  Hopefully the FCC will shut these scammers down, I intend to prosecute fully for not only DNC violation but as a harassment for calling so LATE.  The guy may actually have to get an honest job if anybody will hire him.

Call came in from 404 460 5171. Guy with a real irritating voice who identified himself as Chris Kuba said I was a finalist in a drawing for a Ford Explorer or a Excalade. He said I needed to call 866 450 3335 x 5702.
He said it was "imperative" he speak with me.
This individual has absolutely no professional tone in the way he communicated.
No wonder this looser has to sit in a basement making cold calls for a living, he probably isn't smart enough to do anything else.

I just received the same call from Chris Kuba (it was automated).  Man in girlish voice, saying he had left several messages, in response to contest I had entered (not!).  This was the first message although I have had several hang ups in the last few days.  I had been blaming them on Heather and Jason from Account Services, but now I wonder...
Anyway, I live in San Francisco.  I would never try to win an SUV.

I just received the same call, but the guy talked so fast that I could barely understand him. I thought he said I had "hit a SUV" not won one, then it dawned on me what "Chris" was saying.  The call was automated and the number was 404-460-5488. He said it was imperative that I talk to him at a 866 number, I hit redial and the 404 number he called from was a constant busy.
Anyways, I live in Las Vegas and I never enter contests out here!

same as above, from Chris Kuba, said I was a finalist for a ford explorer.
I don't recall entering a contest. When I called the 866 number, I was told that Chris had just stepped out, and that "Kim Jones" would assist me. Tried to set me up for an appointment to claim one of the 5 guaranteed prizes, and would have to show up in San Jose, about an hour south of me, bring my spouse, my DL, Credit Card, and Passport. I too am on the Do Not Call list. When I spoke with Kim Jones, she claimed the main prize was for a Lincoln Navigator and that she works for a company called "Sweepstake Promotions" and the prizes were for the Company "Global Exchange" which if you know anything about them, they would not be giving away a gas guzzler since they promote fair trade, and improving the environment. I'd love to hear from someone who actually attended the seminar... Maybe they kidnap you and force you into slave labor-

We had the same message on our answering machine from this same Kuba guy, stating it's in our best interest to return the call, as we were chosen as finalists ... blah blah blah.  Yeah, right!  Apparently they are blanketing the whole country with these automated calls, as we live in North Carolina.  I do plan to call the Attorney General's tomorrow and let them know of this scam.

Ditto all the other posts, I live in North Carolina too, so must be our turn.  I actually got two calls from this company today, a Sam Key at 866-598-3512 and Chris Kuba at 466-450-3335.  Both calls sounded like the same person.

I got a call from Chris Kuba yesterday, too.  I'm not calling him back though...  I'm Do NOt Call, too, but I get a call like this a day PLUS at least 5-10 other calls daily for timeshares and donating to political causes that I don't even support.  I think Do Not Call is a joke.  Also getting calls now on my personal cell phone number several times a day and only about 15 people I know even have that number.  I registered it for Do Not Call as well, but it hasn't made any impact at all and it has been two months.

Yep, good ole Chris Kuba is at it again. Recorded message. I also won a SUV from a contest I never entered and need to call him asap.  Number left to call was 866-450-3335 ext 5702.  Also in NC, so it is our turn now I suppose.

Received a call (female voice it sounded like) saying I won an SUV and to call the 866-598-3512 ext 4786 and used Sam Key as a name. Caller ID was 312-674-4563 Sweepstakespromo at 5:50 PM EDT on 30 May 2008. My number is also listed under the Do-Not Call listing so I hope someone can track this SOB down and take them off to jail.  I also filed this report on callercomplaints.com hoping the more folks hear about this, the faster action can be taken.  I am also in NC.

"LAST TIME HE'S GOING TO CALL REGARDING THE SUV I ENTERED TO WIN".  Knew it was b/s....... I never win anything.  Number was 866 450 3335, ext 5702 - called that (while I'm writing this) left a message not to call again - we know they're scammers.

Yesterday a message was left on my answering machine from Chris Kuba.  He said I was a finalist to win a Ford Explorer or Cadillac Escalade and it would be in my best interest to call 866-450-3335 x5702.  Sounded like a scam to me and thanks to everyone's postings and this website it's apparently a marketing scam.

I received a call from Chris Kuba and I didn't even call back, you can tell its fake because you know you didn't enter any contest. Also the crackly fake recorded message they leave. I'll see if they call three times and file a complaint with the FCC.
