No one is saying Efax isn't legit. But scammers spoof legitimate phone numbers all the time so you should never assume a random caller is who they claim to be.

Called me but didn't leave a message. Service provider claims it's a suspected scam. Also, I do not have an eFax account.

I don’t have an E fax number and never have.  I’ve had the same fax number with a different company for 15 years.  This is a scam.  Not legit.

They called me a few times about my Google listing which is a bunch of malarkey.

E-Fax accounting Dept.. This is a legitimate call.

Ha EFax - I tried closing this account 3 months ago. You have to call and you have to wait at least an hour but I wouldn't wait any longer. I closed the bank card and they call me back real fast.

I've had EVoice for decades. This call is legit from EFAX / EVOICE billing department.  They only call when there is something wrong with your credit card info on file to pay your bill.

And you don't get that SCAMMERS SPOOF LEGIT NUMBERS

I have recently received a cpl calls from them stating it is in regards to a urgent matter a recent attempt to process a charge to my credit card on file was not approved.  To avoid any possible interruptions in service because I rejected charges to that and we ask if you could please give us a call at your earliest convenience so that we may update your information and process the charges accordingly. Alternatively if desired in possession of your 4 digit pin you may log into your account online and update this info as well.  Once completed online we ask that you please notify us via telephone or email of the same so that we can update your records. You can reach us at 1-866-450-9995 We ask that you please leave a detailed message with your name and fax number.  Once again we are calling from Easy Fax Credit Card Processing Dept.  THANK YOU
