they got my information and have taken a grand from my account.  I know that it would cost more to sue so I'm stuck either way. in order to close it they made me say that I did these charges, heck i was at work when these went thru! I will never answer e-mail, give my phone number or ANY information again.  so much for my first car.

this phone number is no working number the carh my banck acount .

I dont know what this bill is for. I dont want it. And wish to cancel it right now.

Frauds

Called the 5108 number to check on charges pending on my credit/debit card. Having charges canceled. Notified my bank and having current card canceled. They are also aware of the pending charges and will be keeping an eye on it to make sure charges do not go thru. Apparently someone managed to get my acct info and used it on a porn site. No call was ever made to me from this number.

I just got off the phone with this company's "customer service". He was the most rude person I have ever spoken to.  He wanted my e-mail address, and could not or would not understand that I DID NOT sign up for this BS, so how can I give you an email address if I never signed up?  His response was "I hear this all the time, tell me your email address". I asked to speak Toni's supervisor, and I got, "no, that's what they pay me for, so he doesn't have to speak to you."

Really!

just got one  those charge yesterday, I call MY BANK Credit card fraud dept. after investigate  we found that at the time charge was made, me and my husband was out doing and errand so it was guaranty none of us online and authorize it.

never heard of them or been on any online porn cam sites!!!!!!!!!!
they direct debit my CCard every month & always diff amounts the shifty
pricks.
Will be reporting  to my bank tomorrow as being fraudulent transactions

Maybe, and then again, maybe not! When in doubt, you can check your browsers history..   Just because one or two might, doesn't mean they all do. And never put it past a youngster..

it's unfortunate that this has happened to so many of you. It gives sites like these a bad name. I am a model on streamate. I think the reason customer service was so rude to you was because often times a person will sign up to the site, take a model private, or purchase gold to tip a model and then they call their bank and say "oh well I didn't make this purchase" when they did. I'm not saying that is the case here. If you truly did not make these purchases then you are right to cancel your card.
Again it's unfortunate that this happened.

Sorry to say it doesn't give sites like this a bad name. It gives sites that do these things a bad name and rightly so! With all the CC and DC theft and data breach's, scam operations have a heyday charging folks illegally and fraudulently. When they get upset is when they get called out and caught up with.  People have a right to question charges to their accounts and complain, its their money, and they should not have to pay someone they don't owe period. They do not owe a living to criminals bottom line.  

Even when someone sign's up legitimately for a free trial, there is laws governing such BTW. To not provide a way to cancel is pretty shady and illegal on its own.  And for folks who did not sign up, I recommend they dispute as fraud with their bank or CC holder and file complaints with the FTC and CFB..

My account has been charged a total of $230 from this echst.net company.  These charges were NOT authorized!  Don't not give them your personal information.  Demand a refund and contact your bank!

Definitely fraud.  I noticed these charges on my credit card statement but never purchased anything even remotely related, nor have I visited any porn sites.  Reported to credit card company and cancelled card.
