keep getting these blank calls on my cell all hours, very disturbing. No one speaks, I think they could be successfully charged with stalking.

This # calls 8 - 10 times a day.  It is Creditone Bank.  So freaking annoying.  How many times are they allowed to call in 1 day.

Stop calling this number and do not leave a voice mail.

Getting almost constant calls!  Please stop!

I keep receiving phone call after phone call, all hours of day or night, evening at 4 AM EST. From info I have gathered it is from Credit One Pirates.  I want to post a formal complaint about this company. Each time I answer the phone call the person on other end just hangs up with no message. Balance on account shows zero as have not used card since issued.

Please do file reports with the  your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..

This number keeps calling me multiple time a day for the past few days. It is very annoying and disruptive. I was late on a payment, but just made it online and I need for the calls to stop. Please make sure they don't contact me anymore.

Yea totally regret every activating the credit one card ( here I was thinking I could rebuild my credit and awesome they approved me) what a hell of a nightmare this pos company has been and is funny they call me sometimes 10 or more times a day even on Sundays and AFTER 8pm actually after 8:30 one night) and I have a balance due from not using the card just from bs late fees from them lying to me when I requested a change of due date (I won't even start of how rude and unprofessional their reps are and supposed supervisors are) I'm have a set balance due and it's not even my current due date and they have been blowing my phone up non stop day and night for collection? Really? What a scam I did a report to the better business bureau no word from them still ... This company is a scam and fraudulent and a nightmare to deal with period!

10-15 calls per day including Sundays!! Is this considered harassment? They say its credit one but how do I know for sure?? No way am I giving my social or my credit card number over the phone! If they can't pull up my account by my name and or birthdate, oh freakin well!! Oh, and if they can't be bothered to be on the other end of the line when they call....oh well again. My payment isn't even late!!

This is Credit One and I just paid the bill on line this morning. Gee guys give it a chance to post. Sorry I ever got your credit card.  Will never use again.

I and a friend don't owe Credit One anything and they STILL call our respective cell phone numbers.

It's a shame that people have to do this to make a living. Calling numerous times harassing people will not get them paid. I'm tempted to call Legalhelpers on them to see what I can do to sue the hell out of them!!! Then maybe they will have to pay me!!

Yes it is true however if you don't answer the call they can call you as often as they feel the need to. However it takes a few days for their online system to tell the phone system to stop calling...

I just received 2 calls from this number. I finally answer and the woman tells me to hold while she looks up my account. She proceeds to tell me that she is calling from Credit One Bank and that I have a balance of 1400 and if i can give her my debit card to pay the balance. Mind you the minimum payment is only 35 and only 2 days late. I told her that i was not given my debit info to no one on the phone that needs to wait 5 mins for my info to show up and also wants me to pay the entire balance rather then just the minimum. I told her not to call me again and that i would just go online and pay my payment not the balance like she wanted.

They call my cell number, never leave a message
They always say they'll debit my account for such amount
They must call at least 10 times or more, never leave a message
I've asked them to kindly stop calling and they won't

Over the last 2 days I have gotten 32 calls on my home phone and 7 on my cell. NO messages left, no caller ID just unknowen caller name not found.

I keep getting calls from this number.  They called 3 times yesterday and I answered the phone 2 of the times. I just say hello and get no response.  They have called 3 times today as well.  I don't know who the number is or what they want.  There is a post above saying Credit One - I don't know who that is.

They r a fake scam company. When u call the number back  a live man answers and immediately ask for your cc number. No cc company's have this. They are all automated unless u ask to speak to someone. They are the same Indian group that is trying all the other telephone scams that u all have probably experienced. DO NOT give them payment or ANY personal info
