SCAM!!!! The first RED FLAG was them trying to collect a debt I already paid!! I know I paid the correct party because 1. I called the original creditor and they told me who they sold my account to. I then called that company and they also sold my account. The company they sold it to is who I paid. 2. I checked my credit report and the company I paid was reporting the account on my credit. 3. They provided me with a copy of all the original loan documents I singed when I obtained the loan. 4. The company I paid emailed me a copy of  their business licence filed with the city they are located in. The second RED FLAG is they disclosed account info to my mom without permission which is third party disclosure.  The third RED FLAG IS I google their name McAllister and Krause, the address they gave me: PO Box 814 West Seneca, NY 14224 and this phone number and NOTHING comes up.

I’m already dealing with a debt collector! Please stop the calls and voicemail.

Called and said "This is Maria Torres from the offices of McAlister and Crouse. I'm following up on a 30 day notice that was sent to our office. This is in reference to a civil complaint that has been filed in El Paso County. At this time we advise you to contact us immediately 8664826513 ext 149".  I checked the dockets in the county.. Nothing has been filed in my name and I haven't received anything from them writing.  Seems illegal to me.

Susan  Doyle was her name and said I had several complaints about me . I checked public records and nothing. What the hell why do people gotta be so messed up and play with your head

They have been calling my job someone by the name Maria.Florez saying they have a civil case against me & want me to settle it.

A man keeps calling saying he is with Mcallister and Krouse and I need to call back ext. 1404 and then another messege another ext.6161. I can't find a law firm Mcallister and Krouse also I have no legal issues at the court house, I checked. I believe this is a scam. They tried this on my husband about 2 years ago asking him to pay a fine for a warrant! Big red flags everywhere! I see all these other posts about McAllister and krouse. I hate con artists. Stay alert everyone, they are getting more and more tricky.

Debt weirdos, harassing me

Received a call from Tamika with McAllister and Krause today stating I have a pending case in my county. Left a number to call back 866-482-6513. Google the number saw a long list of complaints from these scammers. Also google the company it is non-existent. Beware it's a scam

Funny they used the name Maria Flores with me also!  They have been calling for weeks with the same exact message.  Consistent at least.  They are calling my family also saying there is a civil case against me.  My elderly family members are scared of course! Same law office McAllister.  Gets you very nervous

Anybody getting a call from this number and the lady says her name is Alyssa/Melissa Baines?

Got a call from 866-482-6513, And a very snarky male voice left a message as follows:  “This message is for (correct name of ex-spouse we haven’t been connected to in decades, or possibly adult child who lives here with same name who is multi-handicapped and can’t possibly be who they are targering).  This is Edward Raithe calling with McAllister and Krauss. I need a return telephone call from you at 1-866-482-6513 extension 147.”   If this is a debt collection agency, we don’t have any debt and never did have any problems in that regard whatsoever, so they are either looking for a very estranged family member we have no contact with and they are desperately researching any past connections to find that person, or more likely, they are looking for people by public records who have debt or prior court cases and are trying to scam them and scare them into paying money instead to them.  As a note, I did a bit of Google searching and there is no such law firm or collection agency that is on the Internet with any name that sounds like this place, sit very well likely may be a complete and utter scam and they’re making up everything about themselves and are getting information for their targets from some public records.  Although it may be tempting to you, should you get a similar call, to call them up and inform them you are not who they’re looking for, they are highly unlikely to ever again get a live person answering the phone, so you will be their only link to the person they may be looking for….. hence, they will think they can annoy you to death until you cough up something valuable to them on the other person’s current location OR do the research yourself to find them and give it to them in the hopes they will leave you alone. Don’t fall for either of those tactics and DO NOT answer this call and block all numbers they may call you on. They may annoy you for a while, but in this manner, the calls will stop eventually. They don’t beat their heads against the wall for too long.

They called me saying they were from the offices of McAllister and krouse and said there was a civil complaint about someone named Kelly with my same last name. Seriously sketchy

A Joshua Blumenreich called ask for my husband saying there was a pending civil case from 2014. I havent been married or even seen him since 2007!

I was left a voice mail from a female named Paige saying it was regarding a civil complaint against me... and for me to contact them IMMEDIATELY at 866482-6513 , this has to be a scam according to Google the number they called me from 231-570-8928  doesn't come up as the number to the Law Firm, I should have no legal issues.

Just got a call from them with my voicemail transcript saying this. “Yes this call is solely intended for _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ my name is Tiffany around I'm calling from the offices of McAllister _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ I'm following up on a 30 day notice that was _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ to my office in reference to your account that was just recently _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ claim is currently in _⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_ the status and up for review _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ County I advise you to contact me immediately at 866-482-6513 extension is 150…”

Same , got a call from Jay Turner from MCALLISTER AND KRAUSS , asking us to connect us immediately over a file he just got on his desk. Same number

A woman named Paige first left a message at my parents house few weeks ago, mind you I haven't lived there for 20 years, stating it was urgent and there were multiple complaints about me. I tried a few times to call and noticed that when nobody answered....there was no option to leave a message. What legit company does not have an answering machine/voicemail?? So she just called my cell phone this morning and left same message.....ummm, how she get my cell number when originally they were calling my elderly parents number? Sketchy! Well I called and a Melissa answered and apparently I owe money for a department store credit card!! Good one scammers!! I asked for address and she said it's a PO box and they located in NY & will send me all information needed in mail.  So I asked what address she has for me and it was an old address of mine .... so I told her I do not live there and I won't give her any information like current address because I do believe that they are scammers. I said to send it to old one and it'll eventually get forwarded to me. I let her know I will be looking into them and this debt they say I have. She talked a good talk but my red flag is definitely up!! Trying to scam wrong person!! Oh...and when I asked her to spell the name, she says "M-c-C-a-l-l-i-s-t-e-r and C.. oh, I mean K-r-a-u-s-e"!! She must have forgotten that today they using the letter "K" not "C"!

I didn’t unfortunatly paid them a couple weeks ago.. but immediately after I called and cancelled my card. The money luckily came back to me. Today 2/14/19 they called my mother in-law so I called and asked why they keep calling me. Some male put me on the phone with some women who says she was the supervisor, she was rude and told me that anyone can put anything on google and a lot of people don’t want to pay their debt. I just find it funny that I have not received one piece of mail from them saying what and who I owe. She also told me if I don’t want to pay anything today then they will half to do the paper work to take me to court,  I told her to do what you half to do... until I see paper work saying what and who I owe I’m not giving you anything......... she also said they were a very  reparable firm and she been doing this for years, I repelled what scamming people for years? The company is disgusting and people who did this are nasty people.
