- BDGot a call from this number and they said they are calling on "behalf of Ventura College" (a school I attended back in 2008) about Satfford Loans. 1st thing that looks funky is the number they're calling from and didn't leave a company name. 2nd thing is I took out 1 loan from this school back then and it was transferred to the state when the state passed a bill that community colleges were no longer partnering with banks to give out loans. 3rd I'm now in my grad program, don't owe any payments and get monthly updates on my current combined loans owed with the interest they accrue. This sounds like a big fat scam, blocking the number.

- Duston ToddReceiving repeated unwanted calls from this number daily.
- AgirlThey say they're calling on behalf of my school, but they don't leave a business name. The message says I should call them back so they can help me. They repeat the number that they've called from and give a website address to repaymyloans.com, which is a poorly built site and seems very vague and sketchy.

- Current studentI received a call from this number and contacted my college and verified that they are indeed working along with the college. I'm about to begin my student load payments and they were checking to ensure my contact info was still the same and also if I'd be making my payment on time or did I need further assistance with any issues so they could change the payment date or look at other options etc. They were very nice actually. Not sure about how they were with other callers.

- WalterCalled and did not leave a message. I called them back they said it was USA Funds, but could not provide any more information unless I gave them my Full name and address. I asked them to remove me from their calling list and hung up.
- Caller: USA Funds
- Former studentThis caller had all of my student loan info and asked for me, by first and last name. They knew my provider name and that I was in my grace period. They had all of my contact info as well. Asked if they could auto-dial me from their calling list and asked if I had any questions about my student loans. Guy was native English speaker and seemed professional. ???

- stopcallingI had started receiving calls from this number out of nowhere. I am blocking their number. If it is anything regarding your loans than your school should be contacting you directly or if you are deliquent on an account with your school they will send you a letter. Also all student loans are processed through studentloans.gov due to it being federal loan or grant. If you are behind on payments they should be the one contacting you not some 3rd party. Smell scam all over this!

- FrankLeft a voicemail for my daughter. BIG RED FLAG: called ID showed (757) 347-3161, but said the callback number was 866-497-8723. Caller identified the company as "Stem Connections" (that's what it sounded like). Caller mentioned my daughter's name and implied that she was calling on behalf of the school she graduated from, which she also mentioned by name. Caller stated, then repeated, that she had "important and beneficial information" for my daughter. I am blocking the number.

- JillReceived a call from 405-415-0012 with a VM saying so and so from student connections calling on behalf of the university I attended. They said they have beneficial information and to call them back at 866-497-8723. They were calling me by a very old last name that I never used while enrolled in school. It's spam don't give out your info or answer they are going on my block list!

- SharThis company Student Connection called my parents house an asked could they speak to my brother. I explained to the lady who was very polite my brother wasn't home. I then asked what this was in reference to and she said his current school Alabama A&M University. But, my brother is no longer a student and if they weren't a scam they would know his status working with the University.
- Caller: Student Connection
- MikeThey call everyday, from several different numbers, some times several seconds later. Several times per day. I have put in complaints, I have put in complaints with the do not call registry, FCC, etc. Nothing. It is a scam, period. Why would they have you re-routed to another number and why would they use several numbers calling through out the day? Each number on the caller ID says "Invalid number".

- BryanThey work with different schools to help prior students with their loans. If they are calling you, your loan status probably changed or you are delinquent on your loans.

- FrankCaller ID showed (757) 347-3161. Voice mail stated that this was "Student Connections calling on behalf of your school." Recording asked me to call (866) 497-8723. I have blocked the number, but they will likely call again using another spoofed caller ID pretending to be a local call. If you spoof your caller ID, you are not legit!

- KatI’ve been called twice already from this number. I haven’t answered because they called while I was driving, but they never left me a message so I assumed it wasn’t too important. They’re identified as USA FUNDS, but after searching them up I found they literally changed their name about over a year ago and some other company has taken over so I’m quite suspicious. Also the comments claiming that this is sketch as well honestly.
