Claims to be Fedex. Didn't sound legit tho.

Claims to be FedEx (Very Pushy) (Tom Tullos) - Wouldn't provide email address. Didn't have any of our account information to verify. (866-504-9748) 1-800#

I've gotten two calls from this number in the last two weeks. He claim to be from FedEx. It's unintelligible - like the guy has a substance abuse problem. FedEx would never put such a person on the phone. The caller ID shows 1-800-GO-FEDEX (800-463-3339), obviously spoofed. The return phone number is this one, 866-504-9748.

Caller (Mitchel M.) left VM message saying he was with FedEx and could save us money on shipping.  Asked to be called back.  We did not.

Did not get a name but he called my place of business wanted to speak with the person who manages our shipping. He said he could save us money. Sounds like a scam, will not call back.

I received a call from 800 463 3339 ID as FEDEX. A woman identified as Whitney,  greeted and asked if we needed any assistance questions with our account ending in ****.

I said no thank you. She then said we could call 866 504 9748 if needed.

I call FEDEX. It was soooo problematic trying to get through. Not being able to get to a representative with out an account numbers, tracking number etc. Pressing 0 didn't help. Saying "Fraudulent" or "scam calls" didn't get anywhere. I said "Technical support" which the recording started rambling off online procedures...  I pressed 0 again and was switched over to a Technical person. I explained the situation, she asked if I had a account and what is the number. I didn't have that with me being I have been working from home for the past 3 months, I would not be sending or receiving shipments. She said that it could have been a courtesy call from FEDEX. I gave her the number to see if she could verify it as legit. She said they have many 866 numbers but could not verified the number.

With so many scam calls, one would think that a the company should be able to say yes or no that is or is not us.

Caller ID shows Federal Express but I looked the callback number up on google and found out it's a spoofed number. Reported it to Federal Express Revenue Billing who sent out a blanket email to the staff to make them aware. Call Fed X and report this call if you get a call from them and don't give them any information!

LOL!  I got the same call from the same rapid speaker.  Left me with the feeling that even if the call was legit, there was really no reason to call back because she spit out the information like she was double parked and the tow truck had begun to hook up her ride.  Very funny but very accurate way of typing out that call !  My caller ID labelled the call (and she called 2x) as "Suspected Robocall".  Evidently that was bang-on

This is a scam....do not give them any info....they will try to get your account number by reading an incorrect "account number"...."Kenny" is a little pushy, so just hang up....don't even answer their call....they have been reported to both the FTC and Fed Ex

Someone called my job claiming to be fedex and needed me to verify an account.  Claimed their name was Katelyn Robinson.

Received an intelligible message after business hours claiming to be FedEx from this number. The message sounded suspicious and I googled the number to find many complaints of it being a scam.

Just received a call from this number almost sounds like fedex recording when i called back but i suspect wrong doing here not sure what.

She said her name was Tanya saying my boss has Fedex business (Which he does not). She is very rude and persistent. I even asked her twice if we had business with her and she rudely said, why yes you do and is the owner there for the billing. It made it sound like she was trying to collect which is ridiculous. She was trying to sell something it seemed like and rudely at that. This maybe her Tanya Molden - Support - FedEx | ZoomInfo. She hung up and my boss told me to block the number because she was trying to sell something. Stupid girl!

Yes, I just received this same exact message today 2023-05-15. However the first two digits of the phone number were garbled in her voice and dropped off the call. I also had to slow down the replay of the message to 0.5 speed to hear anything.

This call displayed as "800 Services" when the call came in.  Number displayed as 866-504-9748.  The call bounced to the second line because the main line was in use.  When I picked up there was static.  Then it disconnected.
