Sounds like the woman who ask me for money last week to support the Vets. When I said no she went into this thing about me not liking the vets. What would happen if these "people" actually got a job?

No point in using the name as it was likely fake but it was female. She is going to save me money with Fed X.  I will start holding my breath, NOW.

866.504.9748 called the business claiming to be FedEx. Gave a random last 4 digit account number, wanted me to transfer him to an office manager, kindly told him it was hard hearing him, then he kept saying must be on my side, and that he'll just call later, YELLED dramatically, straight into the microphone when honestly I probably couldn't hear him because he was already to close to it, too much air. SCAM. Very rude. His "name" was Elijah.

Caller id showed 800 Service.  A woman claimed to be with FedEx and said she could save us money, wanted to know a little more about our business.  I told her that we were already all set up, she was actually polite and not pushy but didn't seem legit.

Received a phone call from this number, wanting to talk about our Fed Ex account, saying he could find us better rates. We do not have one. Said his name is Nick.

"Julia" from "FedEx" called from her office(I could hear her kids screaming) and demanded our FEDEX account(we don't have one) number and how she can save us money

Just got a call from 866-504-9748 from a female. "Hello, I'm calling from FedEx. This call is being recorded. How are you today?"

I replied, "Thanks, I'm not interested in whatever you're selling." And I hung up. Googled it. The number isn't FedEx. It's a scam.

When asked why FedEx wouldn't be whitelisted and their number is coming up as "potential spam", Christi Berry "ASSURED" me this wasn't a spam call. She then rattled off the "last 4" of our account number. Now, I am not rainman, so don't know if she was right, but I suspect it is about a 1 in 9999 chance she was.

You cannot go by what the phone carrier put up there because people don't answer the phone, don't know who is calling or why, and then automatically wrongly assume that the call was "spam/scam/telemarketer".  Many time the call is legitimate.  The best course of action as always is to call the company up at their known, published phone number.

When you google the number only these type of results appear because it’s the FedEx business sales number that is not available to the public and is only provided to those with a FedEx business account. If you have a business account then that’s why you were called.

I received a call with a lady name Paulina that ask who handled our Fed-Ex account.
She mumbled around sort of foreign like and I told her that we didn't need anything.

Angela an account rep from FedEx wanted to help me set up new FedEx account.
