Third time this number has called and no message has been left.

Received this call at 8 pm at night. did not leave a message. It comes up on my caller ID as Toll Free Call, and when I call back to have my number removed they say they are doing a survey and not considered telemarketing, however I do not believe this. I cannot even leave amessage to have my number removed. They give me another number to do so. This is a scam.

Got a call from them for the first time, said "tollfree call". Did not answer, they left no message.

They call me everyday, maybe 2 times a day. Annoying is what it is.

This company calls me daily. I asked them to call early afternoon as I don't have time to answer their survey in the middle of dinner. Sadly they can't even grant that courtesy as they continually call at dinner time. I've had about enough. I am not nor have I ever been a vonage customer so I am led to believe that this is a scam if they are calling me for a customer service satisfaction survey.

Use the voicemail and screen the calls - you don't know the caller - don't respond, cancel the message if they leave one. Remember, these are probably unemployed people trying to earn grocery money -

This place has called me twice in the evenings.  The problem is they're calling my work number & I'm not there in the evenings.  No messages are being left.  If it is Vonage for a customer survey, they don't really want to get in touch with me.  I was with Vonage for not even a full week due to their customer service.

I do not want any further calls from this number.  I have already put them on a do not call list.  Thank you!:

Bull! I'm getting the calls. I've never been a Vonage customer. If it is them, it is sales related and they should be removing numbers that do not want to be called.

I don't want them calling anymore. I put them on the do not call list at https://www.donotcall.gov/.

Just got a call from this number. Women spoke on the other line, had no clue what she was reading. She says she's with Cash Advance and this call may be monitored for quality assurance, which she couldn't even say that properly. This is a scam. Don't even bother picking up.

The caller said that it is a Vonage client satisfaction servey. I did answer the questions half way through then
told caller to close the survey the similar question is being repeated. Jihads no problem with the Vonage and I am using magicJack for 10% of Vonage cost.
