lady calling looking for the person who handles the AT&T account.  Asked was she with AT&T she said they were a preferred vendor of AT&T.  Whatever that suppose to mean?  Doesnt make me feel like they are legit! I politely told her that our company only speaks to their actual AT&T rep for any changes to their phone bill. She said ok and hung up!

They still calling 2 years later and still rude.  She hung up when I wouldn't get her to anyone.

866-509-8272 just called me and of course, asked for the person who handled the ATT account.  You would think they would have a better opening line than that by now.  When I Googled the number I got Lightyear Network Solutions LLC.  They have a website listed which is www.lightyear.net.  If you access that sight it pulls up to Birch Communications.  What a round about way to do telemarketing.  I sure would hate to have to make my living calling people who didn't want to talk to me.
