don't know the caller.

Said his name was Mark Robinson. Left a message regarding a reference #. We don't know the caller and don't have any reason to have a reference number, with this person.

It is a collection agency ATG.  They violate the F.D.C.P.A. so be careful.

It is a collection agency known as Receivable Management Services, now they have changed their name to RMS only, they have changed their name in order to hide from all the lawsuits and complaints for their debt collectors who have violated the F.D.C.P.A.

These guys left a voice mail and it sounded as if it was the IRS.

Left me a reference number. When I called back they were very rude and wanted more personal information.....be careful folks!!!

rec'd a call 2/19 with just a reference number....

I got a message from 484-242-2484 that said to call 866-509-8323.  I called back and they said they were RMS collection agency and that I owed money to a company I've never used.

Received a call from this number stating I owed money for a hotel stay in May.  I contacted the hotel -Marriott Biscayne Bay and they stated that the company does not represent them and I have no balance
The person calling wanted me to fax my credit card number

Received a call from "Patrick Mason" from RMS or "Receivable Management Services".  His name clearly wasn't Patrick Mason based on his strong accent, so when I asked him what his real name was, he told me he couldn't tell me as it was company rules and he had to follow the rules.  I said so lying to people you are calling is following the rules?  If you lie about your name how do I know anything else is legit?  He really had nothing to say except repeated that he "has to follow the rules".  I asked for a manager or supervisor because I couldn't understand what he was saying with his accent and he refused to get a supervisor or manager.  I hung up.

Some guy calling about some hotel payment that I owe. Asked for his address, and took him 5 mins to come up something in Ohio. And offered me discount lol, if I don't want to pay full payment that I owe. Need to play your tricks better guys!!

We have received a number of calls from this number now.   They won't quit and we are not going to call them.  Has to be a fraud.   Going to block their number.  We have no outstanding debts with anyone anywhere.

Always call me an say same story ,.,that I need to fix mu credit card..

They also call businesses. Do not be fooled. They look up your email information from your website and recite it back to you as though it was given to you from the business you owe. For here it was a trash collection company. Well aware it was a scam from the moment he spoke. More red flags than car dealership having a sale!
