are you [***] or do you work for the scammers? I got a call from this bunch this morning. I never answer calls from numbers I don't know. They left a voicemail similar to the ones being described. Didn't mention my name just said "I expect a response today." I have perfect credit. I haven't been so much as late on a payment in 30 years. I have never done business with BOA ever in my life. So smart guy.... what happened here?

They keep calling me and giving me someone else's name! Mya Eliza something or other. Wish they'd stop.

This person has called me twice and left messages that I can't understand , only his name Eric is clear.I do not have any outstanding Debt .So, they must have the wrong # or it is a big time scam!!!

This is a scam. They call claiming to be part of Bank Of America, saying you owe debt. I called my bank just to be extra sure I didn’t, and they said it was a scam.

Collection call from Accedo Long? left message from Mercantile Adjustment Bureau, research shows they buy bad debts from Bank of America, didn't say who they were looking for only referenced a number, if it was important they would say who they wanted to talk to. No doubt an arm of trumpf's bankruptcy department :(>.

That number has called numerous times, leaves no message.  just unknown to me ........Please get a real job.    so rude day after Thanksgiving.     sad....Believe it or not sometimes, people really cannot have the means to  pay a long lost debt.   Everyone deserves a second chance.

Unfortunately for me they are a debt collector, trying to collect a debt on behalf of Bank of America
Although they didn't ask for me by name and didn't tell me what it was about, I know that it is about BOA from written Correspondence I have had with them before. I hope this helps someone.

left an extension and reference number but no truth in statement. Highly False report.

Same stuff except the woman says shes from Federal Adjustment Bureau. That is a collections agency out of Ohio that specializes in collecting owed rent. I do not owe rent nor do live in or near Ohio.

Do these debt collectors just keep buy old debt over and over? My ex has been gone for 12 years. She even changed her name after the divorce.   We had zero debt at time of divorce so she must have accumulated it after.  Calls come in for a while then stop only to start later from another company.   They are still looking for her at my old number and by her married name.
