two in the last couple months tried to charge me to fix my computer for $120.00 The othere put a virus on my computer.  I watched the b____H go into my bios.  Couldn't shut down fast enough to stop her, but she didn't totally crap up my computer.  She was from Magicjack!! Stay away from them. Most of their wesites are blanks.

If it's a callers name on the ID is  UNAVAILABLE  and the party is telling me there is a problem with my computer it's a scam

Another Robo call now blocked with my Sentry plug and block. Showed up on the caller ID as UNAVAILABLE

The company is called iTOK, they are a computer tech support company out of Lehi Utah

Coming from an insider, this company will lie and cheat you out of money. I would know because I tried to bring their "bent truths" up to management, they ignored it and took offense. I would never let a loved one of mine deal with this company.

That is fine if they are a "business" why are they calling me on my cell phone when I have not done any previous business with them. I don't even own a computer aside from my phone.  If I haven't contacted them for help they should not be randomly calling me.

I have been a member of ITOK for over 3 yrs and really like them, they are there for you 24/7 365 if you feel you need them or they will contact you quarterly for a computer check up and cleaning. They do this remotely and I never had a problem with them. You do have to pay for the service  and there are different levels but I find them well worth it as they have cleaned my computer when I thought I was maybe hacked or had malware and they were right on it.
