866-532-0424 called today. It seems that they stopped calling since last year but they are active again. I did not answered. They left no message.  I gladly blocked the number

Called our landline just as I was about to make a call, so I answered. Some robowoman, slightly hysterical, calling "Attention! Attention!" Something about "In these tragic times, we are offering..." Don't know if she was referring to the virus or to the murder of George Floyd. Static was so bad, I couldn't hear the rest of it except the word "customers". I hung up quickly. Caller ID said "Toll Free"

Scammer using toll free number. How evil can scammer get

The idiots displayed the above number on caller ID, but spoofed my name, an immediate sign they are up to no good.

Didn't leave a message, I looked the number up on Google since they called my business cell phone. Found this page here mostly saying it's a Citibank scam. Makes sense that it's a scam to me, my business doesn't have any type of Citibank account.

Sounds like the same recording that I got.  It said something about credit card debt relief.  I've gotten this call from several (spoofed) bank numbers the past couple of weeks.   My caller ID has shown (spoofed)  PNC bank, 1st National, Wells Fargo, Merrick bank,  none of which are my bank.

These people call almost daily never leave a message has to be a scammer they need to stop calling me

Scammers spoofing numbers and names, if you "think" your bank account is in trouble just hangup and call the number on your card or login to your account.  Many people go brain dead on these type of calls and are so dupped by slick scammers.  Check-check-double check anything they say......got it?

Phone rang one time, then something must have interrupted the signal.

Automated message informing me "...Due to these tragic times, we are offering all valued customers a full debt forgiveness. This is your final notice".

Another stupid recorded message in regards to interest rate reduction:  SCAM!

Same old debt reduction scum SCAM, using many numbers.  My wife doe not pick up, but I do, and report the SCUM bags.  A retired friend got scammed by an automatic renewal SCAM.  I do not believe any calls I receive.  Again, SCAM suspected.
