This is not legitimate. I do not own a car, nor do I drive, so obviously I have no unpaid parking tickets. it's a scam trying to phish for your information so they can forge your identity. DO NOT give them your information.

This company is legitimate, based in Kelowna; however, the first time I had a call for them, I did not believe they were legitimate because of the person's approach, and the detailed information she asked me for, so I hung up. I received a second call, and the person's approach was different, and I paid 1/3 of the costs owing - however there were things about how to cite the company in order to pay them that this operator did not know. That said, I should have looked up the company first before paying them through my bank. Maybe they need to set up a more firm or clearer set of protocols for approaching the people they call. That said,  the  Lesson learned, and all worked out in the end anyway.

Ya these guys are unethical.  Their VM says to call them about an important business opportunity and then it turns out they are a debt collector for 10-yr old parking tickets.

Aro Collections. This number is an autodialer to prompt you to call in. It's a fairly aggressive Debt collection company that handles parking tickets for Municipalities throughout BC (possibly elsewhere as well). Failure to pay will result in a report to the credit bureau, but not a big deal unless you rack up a lot of parking tickets.

These clowns have called my home I have to dozen times over the last couple weeks. Never a message. I will never answer it. I certainly don't have any parking tickets from BC or anywhere else.

Keep calling with different company names..sometimes in different languages
.once claiming to be my car loan company..contacted them and they told me no calls had been made from their office to me

I live in Ontario, but have a BC number.  Don't own a car and haven't been in Vancouver since 1994 and then on a bicycle.

Is a scam they called me a 3am and i dont owe any parking tickets at all.
