Same BS offering to help with cash benefits. Someone got HACKED and has all our basic info. Most beaches are internally initiated by downloading patient info.

This is a scam, I called my Heath insurance company they associated themselves with and they looked up the numbers they both mailed me and called from. Saying they can give my disabled son SSI cash benefits, I have reported them everywhere I can think of. Also using 800-955-7871 please be careful.  I never answered always voicemail so they now are sending me letters in the mail so I contacted my local SSI.

This is NOT human Arc! This is a scammer, using this number to pretend to be all kinds of different insurance companies calling about “cash benefits” that aren’t real. Do not return their call or give them personal info!

This number calls me daily, pretending to be Trillium Health care Medicaid. They leave a robocall saying they’re calling about a (nonexistent) letter about “cash benefits” (not a real thing). Do not return their call or give them information!

Recorded voice saying they are Monila, regarding letter sent about cash assistance for my daughter.  They knew my daughter name, I  didn't receive any letters.  Googled the # and found this page

Absolute same! Just moments ago I got a call listing my daughter's name, also stating they had sent something. They identified themselves as being with staywell, her health insurance. Saying she could be entitled to monetary assistance or something? I immediately just googled the number that was on the machine and found your responses. I'll just leave it be, as it seems fishy.

This number popped up as potential spam on my cell phone.  Person on line stated they are from Human Arc and asked if I would be interested in applying for SSI benefits for my child.  I did not have time to speak to the person in depth because I was at work.  I had received a letter from Medicaid stating this company could help me, but I called my son's insurance provider to confirm this was not a scam.  My son's insurance company confirmed this is NOT a scam.  They do use Human Arc to assist members in applying for SSI benefits.

Missed a call from this number. Called back and the only thing I understood was Arc then music. I Google the number and found out about their business a little more.  UNWANTED CALL. Thank you all of you for their input.

Got a call a few minutes ago saying they were calling about a letter sent to me on behalf of my insurance (Stay well) which I never got and said he needed to verify some info with me to see if I qualify for extra benefits such as cash/SSI benefits. My insurance (Staywell) is changing as of October 1st so didn't seem legit to me.

I got a voicemail from Human Arc calling on behalf of my insurance, Alameda Alliance. They said they wanted to interview me to find out if I might need assistance. Situationally, I just talked to my doctor yesterday about health issues that are impacting my ability to keep a job, but I never mentioned anything about SSI. And then today, I got this call. I wonder if they are related. The person said I should have received a letter, but I have not. I'm not going to call unless I do get a letter because it might be a phishing scam.

I got a voicemail tonight saying to call this number about my 6 year old daughter. Saying exactly the same message as mentioned in earlier replies. The call came just before 9pm, which is super odd to me. My daughter does have a chronic condition but to my understanding isn’t eligible for any kind of disability benefits. It’s very concerning to me that this company has my child’s health information. I also haven’t received the letter they’re referring to.

Yes, I received and replied to a letter from Human Arc on behalf of LA Health Care who they partnered with to see if I’m eligible for SSI or SSD benefits.  I got a call from them today with a recorder message.

Recorded message stating it is United Healthcare Community Plan calling in regards to a letter sent earlier (no letter was ever received) about "additional cash benefits" for your household. Other commenters have noted that their similar calls were listed as being from other health insurance companies like Molina and Anthem. My VM said to call 866-569-5076; others have noted 866-568-5076.
