Caller identified themselves as a courrier company deliverying a package for Aimee west.  Then asked personal information.  The package doesnt exist and the number for national express delivery is disconnected.

they get the ups phone number to show up using 3-way calling function or conference calling.  They dial ups store, and then conference you in by calling you.  your caller id will show as the first person they called not themselves.  They simply wait for ups store to hang up on them then call you so you think it's a two-way call from ups store.

100% likely, a debt collection information gathering operation or some scam.  

Report all numbers they use and their action to YOUR phone company.  To the better buisness bureau etc...

I am getting calls from these 800 #'s as well.  I never answer them.  However, having them call several times a day is getting annoying.  I am thinking of buying and police whistle, and answer the calls that way.  Maybe after a few blows to the ear, they will pass the message to the rest of their callers to skip my number unless they want their ears blown off...lol  Your always going to get unwanted calls from some of these numbers.  Can't think of a better way to blow them off, feel better, and get a good laugh.

I live in Las Vegas and a man shows up at my aunt's house and says that he has a package for me but that I have to sign for it. So he asks my aunt for my address and my aunt says she doesn't know it. So he leaves this phone# 1-800-952-0678 with a package claim #1516 and tells her to have me call ASAP so I could have my package delivered. So I call they tell me it's a check of some kind and I need to sign for it. Like a sucker I gave them my address and need less to say I never got that package. So beware of this Express Packaging Co.& of this 800 #. I think there bill collectors.

Got a call, said they were National Delivery. Verified all of my information including Phone number, Address, and Name. Said I had a package that would be delivered to me at 6p.m. However, there was never another delivery. Craziest thing about it all, I hung up and got a text from Verizon that my account passwords had been changed. Really scary part, the passwords were changed to my social security number. I didn't Authorize anything like that. So, be careful! The number I got the call from was (866)233-4368. This number left me a voicemail and a tracking number, however the lady I spoke to yesterday was a local number (810)233-4368. Of course it was disconnected. Notice though, only thing that changed was the area code. Please be careful. You never know what is going on.

I received a phone call from National Express Delivery 866-233-4368.  They said they needed to schedule a package delivery to my house and left a tracking number.  Of course when I called them back they were phishing for info.  I checked the number and it is a Verizon number that has been in service since 2003.  They also called me back from phone number 304-233-4368 and it came up Wheeling, WV on caller ID.

Received a call from 323-410-2829 with the caller I.D. united exp delv. Said I had a package from Macy's and needed a password to accept the package. Asked work place and date of birth. Said package would be delivered within the hour. No show of course.

Got a call from these people today at work---National Express Delivery but the # was 866-649-1156 gave the same bogus information with a tracking number--I NEVER got a delivery either and they knew ALL my information. Funny thing is they called me 3 years ago the same way but said they were UPS. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

I had gotten a call yesterday from a girl stating she was calling from United Express Delivery. She stated the same things [***] all of you. I looked up the Co name online.. nothing. she called me twice and I said I looked up the Co.. no such thing. She just laughed and said well thats where she is calling from and told me she had the package. I new it was BS, she knew my fathers name and called him also to tell him that they wanted to deliver the package. They called him on his cell phone. I wasnt pleased. I just wont answer anymore calls from those numbers. They called from a differant number everytime. Just dont answer the call. 857-300-4761 and 877-786-0653 its a scam to get all your information. If its money they want or trying to us my credit.. they will get nothing from my name..lol
