The trick they play is: they fax the ad to corporate internal fax machine and pretend it is from HR. When you call to verify the information, they purposely avoid the question and mislead you to purchase the package.

I am surprised the government doesn't do anything to prevent such things from happening.

Memo from "H.R.Dept" for some unbelievable low price trips. Of course its too good to be true. Don't be dumb enough to fall for it. Been seeing these faxes for 20 years. They aren't located in the US anymore. Being surprised the govt doesn't do anything is downright funny. What do you want them to do? Send an elite force of americas finest down there in full military gear and shut them down??  Maybe we can throw sanctions their way and choke them to death over time...lol
Its common sense to book your travel through legitimate sites or your travel agent and not from a mysterious fax advertising too good to be true pricing. If you get suckered into this, you deserve it.
