This number calls every day like clock work.

Got 2 calls from them, claiming to be from Mortgage Company . Did not say what company, no name of the caller, just said to call back at 1866-599-3409.

They call constantly even if you aren't late or behind.  I would never recommend this company!!!

I get calls from them every day too.  It's so annoying and I am supposed to be on the do not call list.

866-599-3409 called me to remind me to pay my bill. My bill had already been paid. What a waste of resources.

Penny Mac being Penny Mac. They need to [***] off!

I get calls a couple times a week. My late father had a mortgage with them and they constantly harrass me even though I have repeatedly told them to contact my attorney. Such compassion. They express sympathy for my loss then harrass me.

Caller left a message - from PennyMac - calling about my mortgage loan.  They called 1 day before it would be considered late and would accrue late fees.  

They keep calling me even though I have paid.  They are annoying.

Called to inform me (again) that my loan has been transferred to them.  Told me about the letter they sent and how I can access my information thru their website.  Also, to setup my auto payments

I just received a call from Penny Mac, because they messed up payments and put money in my escrow that was suppose to go to my loan and then tried to charge me a LATE FEE.  They are awful and I am refinancing and going to a different company.  This call was not due to non-payment, it was a call back that I requested to fix what they messed up.  It took them 6 days to call back.

44 phone calls from Penny Mac Loan Services. We 're retired... and how these people got our cell number can only have come from ONE place. My son tried to get a credit card after being directly solicited (ny mail) by his Bank. He was denied. The banks use credit card firms to send massive mailings. The ONLY place our number ever appears was on that application. SO...Penny Mac is simply a fraud name for a Debt Collector who has used info on a denied app to get in touch with people with old debts (this one over 12 years old and closed). We are suing for $1500 per call as every call has been logged.
