Got the same exact message and student code. These are crazy times we are living in! Dont call, block that number.

When I called back because I am actually a student and it’s time for me to repay so I sadly believed it. He asked a bunch of questions but I didn’t answer none because something seemed really off then he gave me attitude and hung up

Called about student loan. Gave me same student number as everyone else. 5569. Definitely spam. Fed loans would never call and leave a message like this.

Same. Just received the call with a voicemail. Tried calling back and line is discounted. Same student code as everyone on this forum. Used a number +1 208 408 2219 with voicemail of number of 866197616

Same 🤦‍♀️ but mine came from a 336 area code!

Just remember that if your student loan office called, they will identify themselves, as such and such. I always got letters in the mail or on the actual website that I made payments on. So check there 1st before calling back. These scam artist are ruthless. They should have all the information in front of them, to identify you as well. Always tell them you will do it online.

Called with same voicemail and student code

Call from an unreturnable phone number, but leaves a voice mail saying it is Stephanie and they have important information about my student loan.  SCAM!!! When you call them back and explain you dont have a student loan she will, very rudely, hang up on you.

Yep, same! Same code, everything. It's been going on for months now. I keep blocking and good ole' Steph keeps calling from a different number. Poor, desperate girl. Get a life Stephanie.

Tell them the call is being recorded and traced and their location will be know to the police in a matter of a minute.  If they hang up they are not legit.

They changed my fafsa password and hung up

SAME.  Same person, same code.  Calling from Douglas, AZ Using the number 1.520. 368.0152 and then telling me to call back to 866.619.7616

My mother got this exact same message with the same student code. She is not listed on any of my student loans.

Good ol Stephanie called me in regards to my federal student loan and told me to call the number above with..... the code.....5569.....yes of course

call came from +1 (385) 342-5386 but told me to call this number
