Thank goodness for this post. I received the same call and message. I do have a student loan but I remember People telling me places like that won’t ever call for information but rather send a letter out in the mail. So I was suspicious. I called back didn’t get company name or anything but instead it was like “hello, thank you for calling. We appreciate your business. A representative will be right with you” in the meantime I was thinking....hmmmmm I’ll ask them what my balance is on my loan. I know what it is and if they’re legit they should know. Instead I hung up before getting to someone.
I googled the number and here I am. We all have the same student code haha scam confirmed. I’m glad no one picked up and started gather information from me.

Seem everyone gets the same code 5569. Scam

The number of call was 802-308-3088.  Left message regarding student loan and call back 866-619-7616 with student ID 5569.   I would like to block this number!

Yup, I have been called by "Stephanie" several times in regards to my student loans. She leaves the (866)619-7616 call back number but fails to explain how I have a student loan when I've never, ever, ever had a student loan in my life. These scams are so messed up because it traps people already in a hard situation as they try to pay back those debts.

I got the same call. She gave me the SAME CODE # 5569

I have been getting the same exact voicemail from different numbers all over the US saying the same exact thing Her name is Stephanie and she gave me the same exact code she gave you each time. Definitely a scam

As other callers noticed, from "stephanie" about student loans. No company id, and same "code" as everyone else here. I know who my loans are with, and they identify themselves. Scam.

My message was the exact same! even the student code!

Call came up unknown. Stephanie calling regarding my student loans. Left me the same exact message. Same student loan # 5569. Likely a prerecorded message.

I received a voicemail with EXACTLY the same info & "Student Code"!!  I did call the number 866-619-7616 back, was on hold for several minutes.  Female with foreign accent asked for the "Student Code" & I gave it to her and there was silence for about 45 seconds - then she said " Um, yes, if you could give me your date of birth I will confirm your identity.  I said " ABSOLUTELY NOT, I believe this is a SCAM!  I Don't have any student loans".  She asked if anyone in the house did and I replied NO.  She said she would "have the number taken off their call list".

Called about student loan and gave me the 866 619 7616 number to call her back. Sure thing Stephie. The number that showed up on my caller ID shows it came from Pocasset, Oklahoma at 405-554-3146. I also have the same code as everyone else. 5569. First off, if there is any correspondence about student loans, they will SEND A WRITTEN NOTICE TO US, NOT A BUNCH OF BOGUS AND PHONY PHONE NUMBERS FROM A SCAMMER NAMED STEPHANIE. IF THESE CREEPS CALL, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO ON THE PHONE, AND DON'T CALL THEM BACK. HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY, STEPH!!

Left a message that the call was about my Student Loan.  My code is 5569.
Of course I don't have a student loan and I know it is a spam caller.  It came from 481-252-5449 but said the number to call was 866-619-7616

Same as all of the above. Stephanie and code number 5569.. After seeing this, glad I didn't return the call.!!!!

Same message.  Same code.  I do have student loans and was curious enough to look up the number ... And lo and behold!!!  The same code and the fact so many people NOT having student loans getting the call confirms SPAM!!!
