I tried their 7 day free trial when my phone got a virus from a game I played. It worked and then i called ahead to cancel before the trial ended to make Sure I was canceled before they charged and I recorded the call. Today I checked my bank and theres a charge. You guessed it...McAfee for $3.28 so I called. The first call i spoke to a woman . Great service but I had to call Samsung since we figured out the charge had come thru Samsung Play and not Google and then give her a call back. Spoke to Samsung got it all fixed and I wanted to call
McAfee and speak to the woman to explain what and how we had figured it out and fixed the issues but a guy took my call. Now I of course recorded the call lol. It began good . But as he was looking for my account he asked as a verification what's the first 6 of your Credit Card ? I rattled off the numbers.Then he tells me he still can't find my account and asks for my email. Finally he acting all nonchalant slips in "I just need the last 4 of your credit card. As soon as he said it my brakes are smashed to the floor. I said Did you ask for the last 4 of my c.c? Yes I did he says. Sir I said I've given you the first 6 already and there is no way I'll be 1giving you the last 4 . That's when I could hear his attitude coming out through the phone.Well if I can't get the information I need then theres no way I can help you. I said then if the only way you can help me is by giving you 10 out of 16 numbers of my Credit Card then all you would need to do is start plugging in 1-9 into those 6 slots and you've got my 16 digit number.  I don't think so now you can put this call through to a supervisor. He keeps talking and I cut him off and said if this is what you call doing your job and you know I'm recording this call your best bet is to put me through to a supervisor and I can either say how wonderful you are at your job or I can work myself up to the point of intense rage and intentionally get you fired or I can hang up,call back and totally bypass you altogether and go that route soooooo  Which option would you prefer ? He passed me through and my refund was all taken care of and he can sweat for a few days to see if he has a job when he comes back after his weekend off lol.
