The Harrison Police department has arrested Anthony Delmaro aka "Nicholas Delmaro" "Jason Delmaro" and "Joey Ramsey".  He is being charged with Grand Larceny 3rd.  His business names include Bull-Dog Roofing, A-1 Strong Island Roofing, Ace Roofing, Flattop-Roofing, and Island Tech Roofing.  Additional arrests have been made of Anthony Delmaro's associates including his wife, Ruby Stevenson, and his son Geno Delmaro.

This Department is working in conjunction with the Westchester County District Attorney's Office in New York and is requesting any additional victims to come forward and to contact the Harrison Police Department Detective Division at (914) 967-2286 with any information or questions.

His twin brother James Delmaro recently did time for the same type of scam only in CT using the same business names.

Joe Delmaro just defaulted on a 2 year rental lease in 6 months, my friend is the landlord.  It could be because he was in jail for scamming the church in Fraser MI.  No money coming in?.  In my background search I found this Delmaro has been all over the US with his so called roofing company.  Gees....

There is a twin brother?  or are they using the same name?  I"ll ask the landlord if she knows anything.

By the way, Joseph Delmaro used a fake W-2 form and fake check stubs, and fake previous landlord reference letter.   The real estate broker looking for a place to rent for him that my unfortunate client used did not check!  This is why the landlord is in this mess.  I got a credit report copy too but it doesn't say anything, probably faked too, still checking.

James now has his son Anthony age 22/23 working with him. They are currently doing commercial jobs in the Bristol,  Connecticut area under the name Pyramid Roofing.

FYI, we learned this morning that the roofer the company I work for hired and have been trying to get out here for over 2 months to fix the leaking roof after he did our roof for over 30k is in fact Antony Delmaro.  He is not aware that we know who he is at this point and up until this morning was answering his cell phone under the company name of Stay Dry Roofing 55 E Long Lake Rd, Troy, MI.  Which we now know is a UPS Store.  If you would like to have the appropriate people contact me for further information that would be great.

We have been scaming all over the U.S. Taking  people's hard ernd money because we can and yes we will get away with it for every 20 people we rip off maybe only 1 will complane so the odds are  pretty good for us . I  personally been ripping of people for over 20 years and never served 1 day in jail FYI
