You should not be calling people like this.  This is not your job or responsibility.  You are not a Doctor!  Plus this is not the way to contact people.  Shame on you mr anker..

I just experienced same thing don’t appreciate UHC auto calling like this very impersonal and scary don’t need people stealing info for health care especially right now with people losing health coverage left and right.  They should have my birthday. Don’t need to give out info . I’m smart enough to take my blood pressure and go to the doctor if I need to. Don’t need UHC babysitting or checking up on thier members . This is totally wrong poor customer service have a live person call or better yet send a mailing  don’t call and bother people . You probably make people’s blood pressure increase .

Just started calling me this week. Looked here for info. on the number and found this thread. I.do not have them for ins. In fact, i have a crap** *** HMO. Seriously?

If they know who they are calling, why do they ask for personal information?
