Got a call stating that they are going to come to my residence

Scam! Real process servers don't call in advance.

They called, i picked up but did not speak, they hung up without speaking. I called them back and a machine said they were the "Benefits Enrollment Center" (FAKE NAME, most likely) and said "at this time your open enrollment period has ended" and asked that we "call our human resource department for further information."  OBVIOUS SCAM WITH FAKE VOICEMAIL. Had I spoken to them instead of staying silent they probably would have pulled a scam unrelated to their fake voice mail.
