Called about a dockett # and said it was about a sheels card 4000 dollars i told them i filed bankruptcy then he said ok they would disregard

Said I owed 4000 to AE.

I get  a big sounding [***] calling saying all this crap an then at the end  Mike Robinson says you  "HAVE BEEN WARNED".. I mean really warned about what?? What Mike are you going to do? You have me so scared!!!! Im shaking in my booties.. What a big [***]!!!

got a call from kyle anderson. He knew the last four of my social and my old credit card number and the financial institution. He told me i owed $4000 and to avoid court i needed to set payment arrangements up. We came upon an agreement he placed me on hold to "talk with client and see if they will agree". i gave my debit card info. but later looked at my credit report and realized the amount owed was wrong along with the collection company.

Call your bank now.  Complain at www.consumerfinance.com.  Demand WRITTEN PROOF THAT IS MAILED TO YOU.   Phone calls are NOT official notification of debt.  He also made an  illegal threat on the court comment.
