Perhaps try a call blocker to "stop asap".

Very rude collection agency. I'm very thankful for call-blocking apps which makes these degenerates a thing of the past.

1. DO NOT SPEAK TO ANYONE ABOUT THE ISSUE THEY ARE CALLING ABOUT. (This resets the collection term to day 1 again! This is the scam they use to keep the debt active with the collection agencies.)
2. DO NOT IDENTIFY YOURSELF. EVER! (Tell everyone you have no idea who they are calling about.. DO NOT GIVE ID OVER THE PHONE! EVER!)
3. "YOU OR ANY REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR COMPANY DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN & TAKE THIS NUMBER OFF YOUR CALLING LIST. (Gives you 1 year reprieve from the company calling you.. under the current CDN LAW.)

keeps calling just message thing asking to have call returned asks for my boyfriend  they know his name when I returned the call now 2 times about 2 years apart still tells me a bill with Bell and he says he never had a phone or bill with Bell   and told her to stop calling my number she said today he has to call his self and I ask why not a letter in his mail she claims they mailed to him but wouldn't tell me the address they mailed to ,,all so private why yet keep calling my number and when I return the call still will not tell me what its about  she said they will keep calling my number until he calls and gives them a different contact number ,, soon changing my number and give it out to no one

These people keep calling my cell phone an work for money that was paid off years ago.  Complete scam artists.

ID says Scotia Bank collections US. I have no dealings with any American bank. The calls continue but no message left. I have blocked it now so at least my phone doesn't ring. Very annoying!

Keep getting calls from them. Saying I have an outstanding bill with Bell. Haven't been with Bell for over 6 years. They wanted 700$. I said no way in hell are they getting it.they attempted to offer a payout of 450$ I said no. They have attached it to my credit report now 🤦‍♀️

OR... Just block them.

I keep getting called by this number and this is a new phone number to me so I think they are calling for the previous owner and I'm only 15 these people need to stop contacting me

Well, at 15, you should be old enough to be able to read dates.  That person posted here in 2009, 11 years ago.  Why you would think that person would be able to make the calls stop is beyond my comprehension.  If you want someone to do something you need to tell them that.  For that matter, that is what your parents are supposed to be doing.
