Christine is just Payline.com trying to scare you people by pretending to be a girl that had to pay them back....what type of company would make a person post a thread on the internet stating that the company (Payline.com) is on the "up and up"???? What the hell is that supposed to mean?

I just a call from "Michael Smith"  wanting an assumed debt of 3657.00, good luck!  These jerks or some other jerks stoll my debit card number and ran it at 25.00 incranums.  They got their money from my bank who paid them!!  I went to my bank after receiving my statement and told them about the debits.  I ONLY used that account for deposits, the account history prooved that.  The ONLY withdrawls were those to some casino's.  I have NEVER gambled online and never will!  Hell, I haven't gambled anywhere for what it's worth!!  If I want to piss my money away, I'll just go buy a case of beer!!  Either way, the conclusion to this story is, the bank was wonderful.  They put the money back into my account and said, sadley, this happens alot.  I closed my account as soon as I knew what was going on and a year later changed banks for the simple reason, I moved out of the area.  I have called my attroney and I DO NOT plan on sending anybody any money!!!

This is a response to "Stella"...in your case, if the deposits were not done by you then it was someone within your household.  In reference to the same people who post the same remarks over and over and over and over again....you cliam to know the laws yet you quote issues and ask questions that have no bearing.

Bottom line: If we can prove you knowingly signed a false affidavit with your bank, If we can prove that you or someone you lived with at the time made these transactions, If we can prove that you made all of these deposits and then lied about it to avoid beong paid...we can enforce the amount owing under laws dealing with Unjust Enrichment.  I welcome anyone reading this board to check for yourself and see what constitutes Unjust Enrichment.

We have gone to court many times and we have won many times.  We have also lost too.  It's a chance every time for both parties.  So th end result is if you did this and are trying to find a way out then remember that we in fact may proceed legally and we may win.  It would be another gamble on your part to roll the dice on this one.  Logic would dictate that if you used us then you should pay.  All we ask for is what was spent...nothing more.

Bottom Line" If I can Prove Payline knowingly submitted false charges and Billing with My Bank, I can Prove that Payline Posted these False Bills and Transactions. If I can Prove that Payline Billed for Services and Merchandise and then Lied to my Bank and Credit Card Company, I can enforce United States Laws for Unfair Billing Practices and Billing for Illegal Activites that are Outlawed in the United States. 1) We have only 90 days to go through the credit card and in almost every case it takes much longer to prove from where the deposits originated from thus forcing us to proceed agaisnt the cardholder

2) Anyone who requestes detailed acounts of all transactions receives it so we are unsure why you are stating to opposite

3)The different numbers you are referring to is in fact our collection division and as the largest payment provider in the world, we have more than one employee.  The fact that people say that one man runs Payline is a joke and cannot possibly be taken seriously.  Do you have any conception as to the size of our enterprise?  We have a bevy of people handling both the collections and legal aspect of our business.  That is why different people have been contacted by different people.  Does a collection office have on collector?  

4) We are not a casino.  We are a payment processor.  Not much more needs to be said.

People can continue to pose questions and make accusations but are you so naiive to believe that the people that are called do not use our service or do not attempt to steal our money?  Are you actually claiming that all we do is try to take money from complete strangers who never used us?  It makes no sense...if that is what you are actually claiming.

If you are a Payment Processing Center,then Contact the Furniture Company and Telephone Service Company to say that they never sent the merchandise to the Customers.

You cant be held holding the Bag for Mercahndise that a Comapny billed thru You, but never sent.
Charge it back to the Stores that sent out the Credit Card Charges.
Sent they Were not Casino's, you have no issues, as you stated.

i was so confused when i got a phone message?
would my bank not be the one to call me or send me some sort of information?
i left a message for a michael smith and asked him to clarify the many statements that people have
made on this site.
i too, do not understand why they are contacting me directly, and not going thru the bank or
credit card company.
i did reverse charges on my credit card, when the bill came, it showed charges from
dubai, and also some sort of various companies that i never heard of?
i never bought any of the items listed on my credit card bill, that is the reason i declined
charges.
no where on any bill does it show payline as the charge person, but some sort of company in dubai,
that my bank said was for merchandise?
why is this guy calling me out of the blue, several years later?
how can i believe a phone call years later, when i have never heard of payline?
i wish they would answer the many.many,many questions about us laws,gaming charges,and legality
of saying it is for a casino and not merchandise?
if i am asked to pay for charges,would i not of had to receive the merchandise the tried to bill my card for?

my bank first? i called my bank, and they stated that any real company would of contested charges
in the first 90 days. when i said it was 3 years,they asked for name and info of the caller, to report
them to their own fraud dept and fbi as a phishing scam? they asked for the e-mail and message on my phone, i am so glad i saved them to show my bank. they said they will make the reports, and i already got several calls from the bank, and one from the fbi ICE division for the e-mail and phone message, asking for money, and the verbal threats that were made by a michael smith.
can someone from payline clarify anything that was aksed by all the people?
it seems they try to evade the direct questions, and only say they are owed money?

If you are being contacted by one of our agents it is due to charges you reversed up to 4 years ago.  We are not a Casino.  We are an Online Processor.  When you had made deposits to your casino account you had received an email advising you as to what would appear on your credit card statement.  Our issue is that even though we advised you what would appear, you still disputed them claiming that they were not done by you.

The statute of limitations on a debt is in most cases 7 years..sometimes 5.  If at the time of the dispute we are unable to rectify this matter with your bank, we are forced to contact the cardholder directly.  Everyone here states that what we do is somehow illegal.  It is not illegal to attempt to collect on a chargeback.  Our main issue is that while people posting to this site and people who may not post at all are very aware of what the charges are for and very aware of what the deposits were used for, they somehow feel that because other poeple claim it is "fraud" or "too old to collect" that they do not have to pay.  We do not feel it very fair to spend our money, know what it was spent on and then claim ignorance when the bill comes.  If you made the deposits then please pay the balances.  If you did not then please advise us and we will do our best to determine who did.
