The United States passed the Outlawing of Payments to any Bank or Credit Card Company for OnLine Gaming?  in 2006/2007
How can we be asked to pay for something that the US has Outlawed us from Paying Anyone?

We are Not allowed to pay anyone-Bank-Credit Company-Processors,etc

We Will be Breaking US laws if we pay anyone for online Gaming at this Point?

How can we be sued to pay for an illegal act or payments to?

You are not paying a gambling debt.  You are paying a payment processor.  They may seem the same but is not.  We were also charged fees by the credit card/bank for each reversal that was done to us.  Are we to eat that debt too?

Lawsuits can be filed as they have been and may be won or may not be.  we cannot control that.  You need to decide for yourself if you believe if we have justification to proceed at this point.  We are not asking you to break any laws.  It is not illegal to fund a gaming site or payment processor using a money order or certified check.

If you need confirmation, please speak to your atorney.  In the meantime, we ask only that we are repaid for our losses that were incurred due to your actions

Having the same problem with Payline.  Going to send the sheriff after me, called me every foul word and some I hadn't heard before.  Person who called  was ike Smith saying he is an atty.  Do you have any other info on  this group?

Sure,If "I" call you, and ask for paperwork, you might send something ,made up Out, but why are your only means of contact with customers over the Phone?

Why not send out letters to people who you say are owing you money, without myself having to call you first?

And this is THE BIGGEST CONCERN- My Credit Card Bill Shows Charges for Furniture-Phone Sevices ,etc. No where does it say anything about gaming?

Why would I pay money to you, when my Credit Card bill shows charges for Merchandise, that I never received? Sounds Like you need to bill this Casino for not sending out the merchandise they are asking you to process for?

So how can I be Sued for Not paying for Merchandise that I am being billed for by and thru yout company? Any person that calls any bank and  says that their credit card statement shows billing for merchandise that was not received is always asked to "Reverse" charges?

The Biggest Issue and most important is: the United Staes made online Gaming and Payments to anyone for online Gaming illegal in 2006/2007.

No United States Court would allow anyone to serve a Lawsuit for Payments to a payment Processor for online gaming charges. if they did this, they would be breaking the Law, and Payline knows this.

This is the one reason that p[ayline only contacts people over the phone and internet. once they mail any paperwork to you, via us mail, they are breaking US laws, and they know this.

The other issue is the falsification of fraudulent billing practices that they are making on a persons charge or debit card. They are not posting payments as a gaming facility, but are trying to force pay charges from some sort of store or furniture store. They cant go to a Court and say they are suing us for payments we did not make. I can see them trying to explain to a Judge that thye made false charges and bogus merchandise biiling to disguise and elude us laws because they are trying to collect for on line gaming money.

why has no one heard from these guys in several years, nor has any paperwork ever been sent out unrequested by them?
If this was legit-would they not go thru our banks and try to fight the reversal thru them?

No Court will allow a company to collect for bogus charges that are actually for gaming. If they do, ask them where the merchadise is that they are billing us for? Show me the Furniture that I supposedly bought as my credit card was billed for?

I received a call from this Michael Smith and was informed that my bank reversed some charges to them for charges I did not make.  I did file a charge with my bank in the amount of 624.00 for charges that were not mine.  This Michael Smith sent me an email and said the bank charged back 4500.00 and needed me to pay immediately or he would notify my bank that I fraudently made these charges.  Well I I asked for documentation of proof that my bank reversed 4500.00.  I did not make these charges and I am turning this over to the bank and to my attorney.  He is a liar and a scam artist.  My bank is turning this over to the our States Attorney's office and to the FBI.

Stories keep popping up from the same people who are upset that we are contacting them.  People like to falsify stories so they look good on this post.

We do not ask for money unless we have a debt to collect.
We do not ask for an address as people stae.  We have the address as what was given to us already

this individual is lying people.  she was never advised to pay 4500.00.  She was actually told that the person who used her card did so for that amount and that if she filed an official fraud complaint that we could remove her from our list of owing debt.

First of all I have an email stating that charges in the amount of 4500.00 have failed.  Your a liar.  Well know I have my bank, and the authorities involved.  My bank has already determined that these charges are fraud.  I am not falsifying any facts I have the emails to back it up.  You could not even prove that my bank charged back anything.  You claim your corporate office is in France, however, you cant even give a phone number or address or you did not even know the name of the person that owns this company. Also you sure do have alot of time reading and responding to comments from people.  I did not make these charges and that is the truth and I will not be harrassed by you or anyone without proof from my bank of chargebacks. My bank is doing further investigations I have forwarded them your emails demanding money from me and the amounts you are requesting.
