Received a call from 866-725-2203, but the call was blocked.  (I block most toll-free numbers.)  On other web sites, most people say this number belongs to RightSource (Humana's mail-order pharmacy).  But a few others claim it is a scammer trying to get your credit card number.

Just got the same call. If it was Right Source, they need to identify themselves on caller ID as such.

RightSource Pharmacy is now Humana Pharmacy.  Since I have a Humana Advantage policy, they call to see if I want to refill a prescription.  They already have my info on file and just ask if I want to put any cost on the charge card I have on file.  It saves me keeping track of refills and they contact the doctor if a new script is needed.  It is not a scam.  Hope this helps.

Everyone says this is Humana Prescription Service.  I agree.  Why on earth does a place as big as Humana doing the business it does, not have it show up on caller ID.  I have not answered when I should have just because of being bothered all day, every day, by scammers trying to get something for nothing.  I am going to suggest that they do something to remedy that situation.

From reading above I learned that it is Right Source Pharmacy - AFTER I BLOCKED THE NUMBER....   My mistake.,  I am a customer of theirs and surely wish they would allow caller i.d. to show them.   That would make every-bodies life much simpler, it would seem to me.

I got a call from this number.  Caller ID lists it as 800Service.  I had the number blocked because I was getting a lot of calls from them and don't take calls from random 800 numbers.  I get my prescriptions from Humana Pharmacy (formerly Right Source Pharmacy).  When it is time to refill a prescription they send me e-mails.  I don't need to get phone calls from them as well.  I just wish they would identify themselves as Humana Pharmacy instead of 800Service.

It really is Humana (formerly Rightsource). They are usually calling about refilling a prescription.

No, the ones who say it is Humana's mail order number are correct - we do business with them all the time & they are legit.

Yes, Humana Pharmacy customer and still don't answer because I asked them to contact me by e-mail not a robo call.

Yes it is Humana and we are a customer of theirs.  lIke others have commnented we wish they would identify themselves on caller id.  We do get e-mails already when our scrips need to be refilled and have asked that they do not call us anymore, but that doesn't seem to work.

I just checked the Humana websites that I deal with and this 866 number is NOT one of theirs.
I have received several calls from this number in the past several days, but cannot answer it because it is blocked.  I checked numbers that I have blocked, but this is not one of them.  Go figure.
