NO message.  Can't stand these calls.  What happened to the Do Not Call Registry??

Humana Pharmacy, they can't seem to read their own "I wish to be contacted" info because it says EMail

It is Humana Pharmacy.  I, too, wish they would use caller ID, but they do leave me a voice-mail with callback instructions..  It is a very useful service.

Agree! Received call & voice mail from this number. Says Humana reminding of renewal. Our records show Email only for contacting us. Will not answer, but they insist on calling using unidentified #S, so why bother giving the option of how to contact us?

Yes, me too indeed.  If Humana really wants or CARES to contact their customers, why don't they use caller ID or follow email instructions?  Answer..... They farm out the service and don't monitor performance!!  Enough!!  I'm going to switch insurer.

Calls and leaves no message.  So far this month they have called at least 15 times.  I am a Humana customer but I do everything on line.  They have no need to call me. As most people indicated they should have their caller ID show.  I will block this number even thought I am one of their customes.  A real nusiance

I am a Humana customer also.  Told service rep over year ago don't need phone call reminders.  I've got it written down on wall calendar.  Only time they pay attention to you is when you're late on a premium.

it is Right Source aka Humana Pharmacy. I've used them for years. It's their automated refill service.

Same here - I don't see why they can't identify themselves on caller ID as such, though.

Voicemail message claims to be Humana mail order pharmacy. I have an account that I access through an app, but do not answer or return 866 calls.

Received call from this number.  It was scammers asking for personal info, a girl pretended to be my grand daughter calling from jail and then put fake officer on phone.  Please be careful what information you give.

3 calls from this number on my voice mail and all they say is press a number to continue.  Of course that doesn't work.

Come on Humana-if you are truly open and legit- why not list  caller ID? To confuse older customers? We are being scammed . Frequently. You  claim honesty. Why not caller ID if you truly “care” about honesty???

I had a call from this number yesterday and again today. I never answer numbers I don't recognize.

I get tired of Humana failing to identify themselves when the caller ID pops up.
If fact, AT&T just identified a call from them as a TELEMARKETER (which promptly rejected without knowing it was legitimate)
