- Michelle| 1 replyThis company has called my daughter (who lives 2 states away) several times and told her that if I did not respond to them within 3 hours they were sending the police after me and they were getting a judgement for liabilities against me for over 5000 dollars. I did call this company and told them they did not have my permission to speak to anyone except me in regards to my personal business and yet they still continue to call herl. I have given them my personal information, ie address and phone number yet they dont call me, they call my family instead !!!

- . replies to MichelleWelcome to the Corona Scam.
They make up fake "debts", often from pulling your own credit reports, finding an old account, and pretending you owe it to them. Then they call and threaten you, either directly or through fake "process server" calls to relatives, pretending they have "sued", or that you will be "prosecuted".
They operate under more than 60 names out of Corona CA, and keep adding new front names and numbers as too many complaints pile up against the old names. You can find complaints against them all over 800notes, whocallsme, and similar sites, against all their names and numbers. The MO is always the same, as described above. It is basically a fake "debt" extortion racket, involving wire fraud and illegal access to credit reports.
There are reports they are under investigation. Contact FTC. - Nema replies to .| 1 replyA man called my ex son-in-law and said they were going to serve me with papers if I did not call them. They also had a case number. He called his cell phone and don't know they got his number.
- hushpupythey have been haressing me with a name of a person that i know nothing about. be careful people I am turning them in to my local police.
- Chris replies to NemaI had a similar experience. Man said they were going to serve my grandmother if I did not get her to call them back. Then they stated in a polite manner, that I maybe served if they could not reach my grandmother within an hour. Needless to say, no one visited.
- Dianna| 2 repliesGot a call at 11:30 asking for my daughter who doesn't live with me. I told them that. The man said they needed to hear from her today or papers would be served to my address. I was told the matter was Federal and was given a case number and a phone number, 866-731-7040. He also told me only two attempts would be made to serve papers at the address they have on file, mine. The man told me the court date would go on even if she was not present. I asked him who he represented and he would not give me the name of the company. Something didn't feel right, so I checked the number and was brought to this page. I informed my daughter and gave her the information I found here. I called the number back and they answered Superior Filing.
