- sick and tired of calls| 1 replyThese people call every single day, more than once a day, with a recording...but never say what they are calling for. I'm sure it is collections or else they'd say. But I do not return calls if I don't know what it is about, so they are wasting their time calling everyday. IF YOU WANT SOMEONE TO CALL YOU BACK, YOU SHOULD STATE WHAT THE CALL IS ABOUT! I'd call if I could be prepared for the call! So annoying.

- DonnaThese individuals call every day and it is a form of harassment. I have written them and reported them to the BBB. If they continue to call, by sending the letter, I have the right to take them to small claims court.

- Not gonna answerGet a call from Allison almost daily. Sorry not gonna call you back. Say who you are if you want to talk to someone here.
- JoshThey called and left a message saying it was urgent and it wasn't sales call. Allison was the lady's name. She says she needed to speak to me right away. I'm not returning this call because she didnt't even bother to say why she was calling.
- joeVery grumpy people. wanted the last 4 of my social, my address, birth date, last name, etc. would not give it to them because they were unable to prove what this was regarding. threatened to "move further against me" and said that by the looks of it, I've been in "trouble" before and I'm going to be in a lot of trouble again. Then they hung up on me. What a bunch of troubled individuals; maybe if they learned how to read and pronounce correctly, they might actually get somewhere.

- Lorrie replies to sick and tired of callsThey are a pain in the A**. The problem is that they buy the accounts from companies that say you owe even if you don't and then they hunt you relentlessy. It is unbeleivalbe how they call every day. Since it is a computor that calls they set the program and it goes on and on and on. I had a bill with T-Mobile and it was paid tey even sent me letters saying sorry this account is paid in full but they turned it over to the collections and even though I sent the information saying this account is taken care of they wont let up. This problem is with the companies selling your account. I din't even know that T-mobile changed my account when I upgraded the phone and that is what started this problem. So not only am I stuck with T-mobile for another year but I am being harrassed for the old account which was paid. I have always sent in my bill since the first phone 5 years ago and now, although I am still with them and pay my bill every month on time - the mix up that they made is my fault and they take my money every month but still sent me to collections and refused to correct the problem. I am sure that is the case with alot of these collections. The bad thing is it affects your credit and that can't be so easily fixed. It stinks all around.
- DEE| 1 replyMY CHILDREN WERE HOME WHEN THEY CALLED HE CURSED AT MY DAUGHTER AND TOLD HER SHE WAS STUPID AND SHE'D BETTER GET A PEN TO WRITE THE NUMBER DOWN. THEY ARE VERY HARRASING AND WOULD NOT LEAVE THERE NAME OR THE PLACE THEY WERE CALLING FROM.
- Caller: UNKNOWN
- dumbo replies to DEEIf this is the case and they told your daughter she was stupid, then you have a case that will pay you and knock them down a bit. And probably clear off your debt if you actually have one. Please do not respond to this for I am only surfing around for the same reason- harrassing calls. Hey, take a look at www.myphonelawyer.com
