Ok, so in my younger days made some mistakes but all these zombie debt collectors buying old very old like 20 year old debt are insane! I pull my credit report up form the main 3 every year for free and and learned a few years ago DO NOT ANSWER calls from numbers you do no  know, use your Google Foo and you can find out very easily via sites just like this one generally tells you who they are. I have one bit of advice, DO NOT TALK TO ANYONE! they are snakes and can cause a lot of grief if you get into any dialogue with them at all.
