If a called person is on the Do Not Call list, legitimate telemarketers should not cold call them.
It appears at least some of the folks posting in this thread are on the List, and received calls from this number.

Please be careful with your responses, or the moderators might consider you to be a troll or shill for this phone number.

Wrong answer, Just Ask.  To be put on the do not call list, first, the company needs to follow the law about honoring the DNC list in existence...then, if you're not on that and don't want to receive their call, you interrupt their sales pitch/solicitation/and demand they place you on their company's do not call list which should NOT take 30 days...again, regulations.  So you never get to give your sales pitch/solicitation/etc.  That's how it should work.  Sorry if your company can't go with the flow.  You may want to start working for another, more efficient, company that make cold calls.

So, it would appear that they are cold calling people who do not wish to receive their calls...it would also appear that some people are on that federal list of people not to call, and so are being annoyed in spite of already saying they don't want ANY calls that fall under the rules of that list.  Sounds like someone needs to review their policies about cold calling.  And if they are contracted with AT & T, no matter the location, I can assure you AT & T knows the laws, so maybe they need to also do a review of who they outsource their solicitations to.  Hmmmm, food for thought.

Telemarketers update their lists periodically, so the FTC says it can be up to 31 days before it takes full effect. If you receive an unexpected sales call after you've registered your number, and you've been on the list for 31 days, you can file a complaint. Just go to donotcall.gov or call 1-888-382-1222

This number calls my office phone once or twice a week, but there's never anyone there.

have been receiving 2 o3 calls a day from this number that disconect when they go to voicemail (probably because I put it on my blocked call list after a couple of actual missed calls that didn't leave a voicemail.)  It is actually identified as AT&T and is answered that way.  I spoke to a supervisor and she stated that they are an AT&T affilate (servicecom.) and they do not leave voicemails because tey don't want to add to the overload of our voicemail systems because of all the unwanted calls we already get.   Apparently they are well within the FCC guidelines and the guidelines of AT&T.  i.e. There is no problem calling repeatedly with a robodialer and not leaving messages as long as they have legitimately received your number and asked you if it was o.k. to call with promotions from AT&T.  Which was probably true a number of years when I was an AT&T cujstomer,  The spervisor said I would be placed on their "do not call list.' which seemed to mean taking my number from all the places in their files that make it a legitmate call.

They called late night at 11 pm. Disturbed my family at wrong hours. I didn't pickup as it was unknown number and flashed as Spam on my Android phone. It went to voicemail. They didn't leave voice message. It's a SPAM caller.

Have called 24 times over the last 5 months.  Blocked them 4 months ago and now my phone doesn't ring but the number still appears on my TV and shows up on my phone log as "incoming."  I am a former AT&T customer who left them a year ago, but cannot confirm these calls are from AT&T as other commenters have.

Almost daily calls from this number.  have never answered.  How do I stop the calls?

Several times a day, every day. AT&T. I blocked it months ago, but it is still annoying to see it on missed calls.

Keeps calling.  No message.  I am reluctant to call back as toll free numbers reveal your number to the caller.

Repeatedly call. Today (Saturday) at 9:06 a.m. My one day to sleep late. Very annoying. Did not answer.

This is the first time I've gotten a call from this number, and I'm glad that I checked this site to know who it actually is that's calling. Good! Now I know not to answer.
