Received a fraud call (BLOCKED PHONE NUMBER--Illegal by TCPA/FTC/FCC Rules) from a person named Lisa McCoy asking for some person that I do not even know; leaving a message stating that a Summons was served and that they need a current home address or the summons will be returned to the court; called the number back and they are Milestone Recovery making collection calls under false pretenses...More so, leaving someones personal information on another persons cell phone....shame shame shame....They know better.

What makes this scam so easy to see through is the part about the summons. Court records are public information. A quick call to your local City/State court officer will tell you if there is a pending case in your name. Get such a call? Call the Court. It shouldn't be a surprise that there is no court case. You can call the court house in Mumbai, if you want.

I wanna know who I have to get ahold of to let these people know I'm serious when I say stop calling me.

Received call from number robot message left saying they were calling from Milestone Recovery and I needed to call them in regards to fraud. Googled name and nothing comes up under Milestone Recovery except substance abuse centers . Will not be calling back and have blocked number on cell phone.

I got a call from this number on Saturday. Said they were Milestone recovery or something like that..wouldn't tell me where they were located. The guy said that I opened a credit card  7 years ago and didn't pay for it. Couple things..one, he used a last name that I had 12 years ago but said I opened the card 7 years ago.  Wouldn't tell me my address or the balance..nothing about the card..I told him IF there is a card that I didn't open it, that it had to be fraud and he can send me information in the mail about it and I will contact him when I get the documentation. He refused to send me anything in the mail..said that he won't do that bc he "feels like I won't pay it" what does that even mean!? Lol...if it was a real debt and a real debt collection..why wouldn't you send the info and try to actually collect. Who in heck these days would just pull out their debit card and pay a complete stranger over the phone money just bc they asked for it?!
I monitor my credit bc I had had fraud in the past..,I do not have anything on there about a delinquent credit card. This number is fraudulent and so is the company. Any debt collector that refuses to mail you documentation is a fraudulent crook!  

Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,CFB,FTC & FCC..

Called and left message, wanted to know if I moved.  Acted like she knew me. Said it was case #IN1142-10. Is this a scam?

Received a call from unknown id(866-759-1950). The caller asked for me and when my daughter told Y wasnt there he wanted to know when I would? She told him she would give the message, he gave the phone number listed above, a case# and hung up.

Got a call from this number and left a voicemail saying there was a pending legal matter against me from the office of milestone and to press 1 to get patched through. Is this for real?

Been getting messeges left on my cell phone saying that there is a legal matter i need to call them back about  then some lady left a messege saying that she will be comming to my work to have me served  and that my manager will have to sign and witness the process ive worked for american express in collections in the past, this is a total sham of course i will never call them back or respond to them as i hope no one else will

They also use 866-414-1651 I just filed a CFPB complaint against them, and contacted the BBB.
