Have been receiving messages from this number on and off for months from different numbers, posing as RBC saying i have a problem with my account. No issues with my account, I called RBC and they said they are not the ones calling. It's a  scam, do not answer the call or press any key to be directed to them.

Calling continuously from different numbers posing as RBC claiming issues with my account. I called RBC and there are no issues. Scam! I also received an email this week posing as RBC “renewal of Etransfer crap” all B.S call your bank before responding to any kind of Message

Receiving automated calls from 866-759-3336 claiming to be RBC. It says it is related to a personal banking matter and that in order to prevent further calls I need to retrieve my message at 877-214-5948 or toll free @866-759-3336. The message said the call was from the Downtown Center POBox 11444 Montreal Quebec Postal Code H3C5J4. I was to press a digit to retrieve the message. The automated final statement was: This is not a telemarketing call.
Total scam, as I called the Royal Bank number on my debit card andd there is no problem with my or my spouse's accounts which are joint.

Same as others.  Wrote down the number they said, but hung up before responding.  Looked up RBC number, it is different. Searched this number, found this listing.

Automated call left a voicemail claiming to be RBC and they knew my name and last name. I called RBC and gave them this number and they said it is not them.

Multiple calls. Total scam.

Received a robo call from this number 17Nov2020 saying it was RBC - Fortunately I did not "press any number key" as they requested.

Called twice from 8772145948 supposedly Montreal Quebec about a banking matter.  Had correct name.  Left a voicemail to call 8667593336.  Didnt say which bank.

Same number called twice claiming to be RBC saying it’s personal banking matter.

Got 2 voicemail messages.  Total scam, but how do they know my name and that I'm an RBC client ??

Received 2 voicemail messages.  Called number and the message said it was RBC collections.  Spoke to the individual on the phone who asked for my full name, account number, and credit card number.  I advised them that I do not have any accounts with RBC so could not provide account numbers, so the lady asked for my date of birth.  When I asked why, she indicated that something had come up on her screen and she wanted to verify it was me.

Folks, this is an identity theft and financial fraud SCAM, please do not call the number and do not share ANY information with them.

Posing as RBC.  Scam - checked with RBC, it's not them. Somewhat robotic sounding, they had my first and last name to call re a personal banking matter, press 1 or 2 etc

Yes, same here.  Same story.  Very elaborate.  Said if you do not believe them go into a branch.  Be careful.
