Do not know exactly who this is, but the number comes up as Private Caller.  When I answered, they asked for someone who does some work for us on occasions, but is not a direct employee.  Anyway, they said they are a messenger company or something and needed to serve some papers.  I told them she is not an employee and to take this number off of her call list.  She told me to have her call the 866-759-3675 number to take care of this matter and that she should contact the lawyer and have this phone # removed from the case file or we would continue to receive calls at this office.  If anyone figures out who this is that is actually making the calls, please post it.

This # called me three times today.. and left a voicemail saying that i'm gonna be summonds tomorrow between 10-2 because of a civil dispute at my address and thats was the message! but the more I look them up it appears to be that they are a company that scams ppl. so I called this # (866)759-3675 and it sounded far from being proffesional! A guy answered and said what sounded like the office (weird)! please post if this happening to you to so that I can better understand what is going on!!

I got the same call they were going to serve me papers between 10-12. The lady was very mean she said it was a credit card debt from Providain. Not a credit card I have. She said it was an almost 8000 debt and I had a half hour to come up with 1500 or I was going to court and my checks would be garnished. Davis and associates out of California. When I told her I needed more information because I didn't have this card or debt she would give me nothing. When we called the number back they hung up when we started asking question.a about there location.  The scary part is they had the last four of my Ssn.  Don't fall for this!

I, too, received a voice mail message today.  They had my name - don't know how they had my name with my phone number.  They said I was going to be served papers also - told me the name of a company and an address, not a city though, of where I was going to be served.  Googled the name, KSM, address 1401 NW 3rd Avenue, nothing came up.  Like I said, didn't know the city to put with the address.  I called their number, 866-759-3675 and a very unprofessional guy answered the phone.  I told him they called the wrong person.  He wanted the case number and I gave it to him.  He told me my name and then he wanted my phone number to "take me off the list".  I wouldn't give it to him, I said, "YOU CALLED ME, YOU HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER" and I hung up.  It is so crazy today with people scamming everyone.  I think he was trying to get my Social Security number...kept asking me if the last four digits he was giving me was mine....

I just got a call today to first from restricted number which the girl was very nice and stated that I had a civil suit against me and she would hold the papers to give me 24 hrs to contact this number 1-866-759-3675 and gave me a so called case # which was not long enough to be a real case # and when I called the woman was rude and abrupt and stated this was a debt from more than 13 years ago for over 7000.00 for chase in which I have never had an account with or for that amount...which is also illegal to collect after 7 to 10 years depending on state, she would not let me speak or answer any of my questions and hung up, I called again and same thing, I called a third time in which man answered and said name of business davis and associates and I asked where they are located and he hesitated and then woman came on line and said something about defamation of character and hung up, these people were definitely not professional or legit, my husband called and she told him before he could say anything that she knew who he was calling for and that we need to pay our bills, and that I will be served tomorrow.

This number 866-759-3675 is posing as debt collection lawyers and trying to scam people in making payment to them for debts that may or may not even exist and being rude and nasty when you speak with them, they will not give any detail info or any legit info for this is a scam. And if they were legit they are breaking many laws in rights anyhow.

Call from "Legal Support Services".  Had my name and address.  Told me that a pending civil complaint has been filed against me, and gave me a file number.  I will not return his call, but will retain it on my voice mail.  If I am really served, I will take it to my lawyer.  Not worth my time right now to play his game.

Same thing call fom Legal Support Services had name and address said i they had a legal complaint filed against me.Then they gave me a case number which does not exist and said a uniformed  officer would come by my house next day to serve me a summons between 2: and 4:00 and if i could not be there i better call them and let them know or i would be in trouble.I just ignored them tried calling there # and they are a bunch of jerks.

If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing.
•Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft – charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.
•Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate – but you think the collector may not be – contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.
•Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.

I got a call from these people a couple of house ago. They left a voicemail informing me the sheriff's office would be serving me papers within 24 hours if I didn't respond. I was already having a crazy morning, so I panicked and called back. A gentleman answered and informed me that I owed $4000 on a Providian credit card from 13 years ago. He said I could pay half of it then and there and have it wiped from my credit report. It took me a while to figure out this was likely a scam, but the scary part is he my name, phone number, current and old address, AND last 4 of my SSN.

Yes they called us today and spoke to him (Dennis Miller) from Davidson and Associates trying to collect from an old credit card from at least 8 yrs ago..We ask him for paperwork and email it to us and he did neither.....They have this number 866-759-3675 and 909-296-1588...What is scary they have our name and address plus house phone number....Its a scam cause the numbers dont match the company name...

These guys called my employer and said that if i didn't contact them i would be served a subpoena...... so i called them.  they answer phone as davis and associates.  (litigation dept).   the guy i talked to was jack benson.  they are trying to collect on an OLD< OLD credit card debt, dating back to 2000.......I told the guy to NEVER call my employer again.  He got quite hostile w/me, said "fine we won't call employer again, we'll just serve you a subpoena" and hung up on  me.  This is not a professional organization.  this is a scam.    they try to bully and strong arm and scare people into paying.

Ok, now I'm really pissed!! Today they called me AT WORK.  Same guy; same message - verbatim to the one I got two days ago on my home phone and cell.  I called my lawyer, who said to ignore it. If someone really wants to take legal action against you they will have you properly served.

Got three calls from 866-759-3675 at three different numbers (work home, and my mother's house). The messages were about the same as above. "This is a sensitive personal matter..there is a pending complaint and civil suit...papers being delivered today between 10 & 4 or 10 & 2..blah blah blah).

Like mentioned above, they had my home and work address and the last 4 of the ss#. I talked to an attorney friend who its pretty confident this is a collector and they are in violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices act by contacting my employer and my Mother.

I called the number back and got peppered with requests for personal info. I said I wasn't replying to anything until I could get a valid address and phone number (not a 866) and details about what this is regarding. The guys says if I don't give answer right now they were going to serve me "papers and sue me" I told him I would have my attorney contact them and he hung up.

Seems pretty much like a BS scam or aggressive collection practices to me

got a call on my CELL phone june 12th from some guy says he's from eagle support systems. pulled the same line of b.s.. knew my address, maiden name etc.. spit out some case number and threatened that if i didn't call within 24hrs documentation would be sent to my local authority. well i didn't even listen to the message until this morning and i'm still here.. no papers served etc. i never received anything in the mail from this company and quite frankly, after looking here.. i find it extremely odd that all of the posts regarding this number came within a few days of each other... curious where other people on the end of these calls live?(i'm in ohio)

Just got a call from this number; private caller appears on my phone.  Claims I had a debt from Providian which was sold to Washington , which was sold to Chase; This guy claims I had an outstanding debt of $2000+ dollars.  They claimed that I had made payments on account from 2002 till 2009, then stopped. They had my address etc.  This guy told me his name was Tony Batista.  I called Chase and they told me that they couldn't locate account number that was given to me, and that they would have mailed me a notice prior to requesting a summons to appear.
This Batista person said he worked for Davidson and Associates.

I got a call from a rather slow person(I think it is nice that Davison and Associates hire "special" people) This poor slow idiot had trouble reading off his computer screen so I just hung up!
