Claims to be with FCS Services. Asked for my husband.  When I told them I was his wife and asked what it was about she got extremely rude and gave a number and told me to have him call.  I asked who she was with and said FCS.  I asked what that stood for and she said she was unable to disclose that to me.  I told her that unless I knew who she was with I was not giving any messages.  She told me that I was to give the message to my husband and that it was personal.  I told her that unless I knew who she was and who she was with I was not giving him any message.  She again told me it was not my business and that I would give him the message regardless. I told her that if she wouldnt give me the information then I wouldnt give him the message and I hung up.

866-759-6460 called my cell I didnt answer it and it didnt leave any message. I figure it's a spam call

They called my cell and I answered. No one said anything, so I hung up.
