went in my acct without permission took 30 dollars out and when i call try to give me a gas credit bank is trying to get my money back

Went into bank account and took $30. This is a Fraud company. Loan Assistance or Check Process.

Took $30 out of my account. i was hung up on a total of 5 times in one day after a male was told i wanted my money back. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!!

Went into my bank took $30 out for a laon asst. This is fraud. I reported to the bank and was able to get money back.

I also am going thru this scam. I was looking at payday loan websites(none of which were www.loanassistanceco.com) on July 19th.I found out a few days later when I got an email from my bank telling me I was overdrawn, so I called my bank and was given the 866-765-5097 which i called and after a heated disagreement with the Cust. Rep. for about half an hour, she also tried to get me to take the gas credits or what ever it was and I repeatedly declined and I kept asking to speak to her supervisor after waiting about another 15 minutes the "supervisor" got on the line and  he tried to repeat basically word for word what the Rep. I just spoke with tried to tell me, about me agreeing to the 30$ fee even while acknowledging that I was never on the www.loanassistanceco.com site as he tried to tell me I agreed on a partner website(which of course he could not tell me) he finally agreed to a refund into my account in 15 business days( 15 day was Wednesday 8-15-12) and of course the money is still not in my account so today I went to the BBB website and filed a formal complaint. and Monday I will be doing the same at my bank.                     Below is the complaint I submitted to the BBB today

Complaint Description:
On or about July 19th 2012 I was looking at various loan websites and some how Loan Assistance Co.(www.loanassistanceco.com) made an unauthorized draft for 30$ from my bank account(which left me overdrawn and a 67$charge to my account) on 7-24-2012, which I did not find out about till I was sent a Courtesy text letting me know my account had become overdrawn, after contacting my bank and finding out that the 30$ was an electronic Draft, I was given the phone number of Loan Assistance Co. and proceeded to contact them. Upon contact I was told that I had agreed to have the 30$ taken from my account when I went to loanassistanceco.com, now here is where the problem comes in as I had never been to that site and when I tried to go to that site while speaking to a customer service rep. I found out not only had I never been to the site to authorize a withdrawal from my account but my computers Norton's AV would not even allow the site to open with out me entering specific permission. I told the Rep. on the phone and she said she would refund my money to my bank in 14 business days which would have been this past Wednesday(8-15-12)and as of today(8-18-12) I called to see what was going on and was told that it will be another 5-10 business days. It seems to me after doing a little research that I am not the first person that has had 30$ taken out of their accounts without authorization, and since the money is still not in my account at this point I do not think this company plans on putting the 30$ unauthorized charge back into my account and I know they do not plan on reimburse for the overdraft fee's that I have incurred because of the unauthorized theft from my account....I would also like to find out which website I visited that gave/sold my info to loanassistanceco.com....

I would like to be refunded for at least the 30$ that was taken with out authorization and it would also be great if they took care of my overdraft fee with my bank, but my main interest is getting the 30$ that was stolen from my account by loanassistanceco.com.

i never authorize this people to withdraw money but they took 30 from my acct too what can I do to report them and stop them

I have just gotten hit for $30.00 dollars.I had money to cover it, and I will go to Commerce Bank this morning and report it to them.

withdrawal taken from my account .. causing overdraft.. called # bank gave me, spoke with David he advised only way to get refund was to acept loan offer , told him I didn't want loan offer and he offerd my gas voucher, said no I wanted refund.. he hung up. called back spoke with Helen she was trying to help refr me to many sites all came back on appval. .. reqted refund and she referred me to super. Jason, who also offered  me a gas card, told him I needed refun and he said he wai an hr and see if funding is approved, advised I didn't want this at all, said I need to wait, advised i would call baack in hr. and if funds were not released back into my acount I was going to bank to fill out fraud paperwk..

WOW... yep iam one of thoses that got hit with a 30 fee now over draft fees. i have called 7 times and they wont give me any numbers. When i asked where are they located, the did say Los Vegas nv.. so i asked what state is that next too, i get " umm i dont know" .. I am contacting my bank today and pray they can at least help me out on this issues. Good luck everyone !

These people charged my checking acct. with BB&T for $30.00. By doing so my acct. was overdrawn resulting in a $35.00 overdraft fee. So now I'm looking at $65.00. These people need to be locked up????!!!!

     NOTE: The mistake I made was, I started filling out a form online for a $150.00 loan--- I didn't even finish filling it out!!!!!!!!!!!!!??????????

i did not give this site or any other site permission to take 30.00 out of my bank acct. why would i if i need money why would i give them money ( stupid )

I started an online application for a payday loan and was advised I would receive a phone call to verify and complete the loan process..this was on August 31, 2012. That afternoon I received a call from someone with a middle eastern accent. He began to tell me about this I would have to enroll in where they would charge me $30 BEFORE I could be approved for the loan. I asked him was this the only way I could receive a loan, he replied yes...I told him I was not interested in this program or their loans and to remove my information. He continued to argue back and forth before I finally got so fed up and I cursed him out. He said okay he was sorry to bother me. Later that evening I received a 2nd call from this company at whcih time I advised I was STILL NOT INTERESTED in paying to get a loan. I told him I didnt want the f***ing loan, he repeated back what I said word for word, then started laughing. I said correct I do not want anything to do with this program or your loans. I look at my accout this morning, Sept 6, 2012. They attempted to process check# 99841 for $30 on 9/5/12 and on 9/6/12. I was charged two separate insufficient funds fees in the amount of $30 each and an additional re-entry fee of $30. I have spoken to Jasmine Id# 127 and her supposed Supervisor Travis Id#305, I was offered gas cards, and all that other BS before the supervisor hung up in my face. I called back and spoke with Hugo ID# 495....we are on the phone right now and getting no where...these people are THIEVES! And at this point I am ready to blow these [***] up!

OMG!!!!! I am so aggrevated with these people!!!!!!!!! Was going over my bank statement and saw this $30 fee. Had no idea what it was for. The bank rep gave the number and so I called. The lady I spoke to said the only way to get back the $30 was through my loan interest. I told her I never even got a check. Then she went into this whole spill about it taking 24-48 hrs to process the loan. She gave me the website and PAGE popped up!!!!! Im too upset about the situation. uuuggghhhh!!!!!!!

This company jacked my account for $30.00 and when I found out that my account was overdrawn I called the company myself and told them the situation with my account and they said that i would be receiving a call from a lender within 24 to 48 hours and I would be getting a $100 gas voucher sent to my email and never received neither of them........ I dont know how people get away with this kind of BS....... I done talked to the bank and Im calling the B.B.B to file a formal complaint against them and hopefully put them out of business for good!!!!!!!!!! REMINDER NEVER GIVE OUT UR PERSONAL INFORMATION ONLINE TO ANYBODY.......I've learned my lesson this will never happen again

I too was charged at $30.00 fee from Loan Assistance Co. I immediately called my bank and they're going to reverse the payment, thankfully! I never applied on their site, although in retrospect I believe I remember looking at the terms on a lender site and reading about the fee, which is why I did NOT apply to that site. After I stopped the payment, I called the number listed on my check and got a VERY rude representative who would not listen nor would she transfer me to a supervisor, but kept insisting that I finalize the application and that my fee would then be credited to my loan or would be refunded if they couldn't find me a loan. I finally hung up, went to the meeting I was headed to, calmed down, and called back. My second call was much the same, but the gentleman I talked to at least would listen. I told him that my bank was returning the check unpaid, that they were to immediately withdraw my application as I never authorized the payment, and that I expected that there would not be future fees applied to my account. He continued to argue for a few moments until I told him that any further charges would be reported to my State Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau, at which point he decided to backtrack and agree to assist me. After trying to offer me $100 in gas vouchers, which I immediately turned down, he agreed to "withdraw my application" and gave me a confirmation number. He assured me that there would be no further charges to my account. I'll be watching, and there had better not be!

This a scam don't call this number and block it from ur phone asap a scam..they took $30 bucks from my bank account

Checked my checking account balance on 9/24/12 and noticed that a $30.00 payment was pending on my accout on 9/25/12 this amount had been posted to my account. I notified my bank of this matter and ask for any information that they had and was given a telephone number 1-866-765-5097 and a company name of Loan Assistant Program.  I informed my bank that I didn't know this Company and that I would call this Company and report back to them.  I called the above-noted number and ask the name of their Company and why where they debiting my account.  The woman proceeded to ask me question and I wouldn't answer any of her questions. I told her I wasn't providing her with any information and that they were frauds and I was reporting them.  I disconnected our call and call my bank back and inform them of what was happening.  My bank is filing a dispute and hopefully this matter will be resolved soon and these folks will get shut down.

I just got scammed to. I noticed a check cleared on my account when I looked at it, it was not even the address on my check. This happened 9-26-12!!! Today the 27th I call the number and got fed a bunch of crap. The gas card and take the loan I never applied for. I talked to 2 supervisors whch both said glad to help with your issue today and hung up on me. Then I called back just to yell. I am filling an affidavit aganisr them to get my $30.00 back and I am closing my account.
