This is a fraud. They took out $30 from my bank account without my permission. I never recieved a loan from them. I called them and they are suppost to refund it. Also I had to cancel my application they had on file that I never applied for. They said it would take 30 days.

File a police report. They don't respect banks or your phone calls.

I was scammed by this company www.loanassistanceco.com. They also go by the names Capital Advance Capitol and maybe REEA PANER. Like everyone else they deducted $30 from my checking account, no loan applied for, no loan received, no services received and deduction was not authorized. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will file a complaint with the Attorney General's office in Las Vegas, NV. I am furious because even though this is a small deduction it caused problems with my bank. I am going to close the bank account. Someone needs to take these guys out. They need to be closed down and go to jail if not worse for all the people that they have screwed over.If anyone has any other ideas how we can get back at this company please post.

On Oct 30 loan assistance remove $30.00 from my account.

These [***] got me too just barely. called them and they offered loans ect. but wont give money back then hung up on me

These people did the same thing to me and need to be stopped....

I don't know who this company is, I never received a call or mony from them or anyone associated with them, they waited until the week-end to withdraw money from my account, and when I called this number they say call back normal business hours. But they don't say who they are, it's just a recording. I want my money back. I never gave them permission to withdraw money from my account. Didn't anyone call me. if they had I would not have given the opermission to take money from me.

I also am a victim of loanassistance.I have called and they were very nasty .Does anyone have their address ?Ic can't file with the Bbb without it.

I checked my bank account to see that 30 dollars was debited from my account. I went to the website of the company that debited the funds. I never applied for a loan, and I'm not sure how they obtained my information. While on their website I saw that they did really have my info. Also, while on the website I noticed where it said references they had put in fake numbers and put friend. I bookmarked the page so I can submit as evidence. This people need to be locked up.

That is bs. These people are frauds, and you are probably with them. Companies sell your information everyday. People go through hard times, that doesn't make them crooks. It's the companies that sells your info and simple minded people like you that are the real crooks. [***]

on12/24/12 i was debted my account for 30.00 i called an they said the only way to get the money back was to go through with a payday loan,, I didnt want this an never tried to do this total SCAM.....

I don't know this company never took a loan from them n thirty was taking from my account I'm going to report them to bbb

they took money from me. I have contacted the districted attorney office in ny. I have all so contacted the nypd fraud unit about this company.
